Wow, what a disappointment! We arrived 5 – 8 minutes before our appointment and found only one family in the waiting room. The attendant yelled causally from the back that they where running«a little behind» and asked me to fill out some paper work. We waited 40 minutes(with a 2 year old &3 month old!) to be seen. The lady working was nice but the level of professionalism just wasn’t there. Not much of an apology other than telling me the other family before us was late. Then our session was really rushed. We asked to have only waist up pictures but when we previewed the pictures she had taken only 3 of our family and one was pulled back so we could see our knees. When I asked if she could tighten it in(because it was, of course the best one!) she she said no and showed me how zooming it in cutoff half my head. Again, she was nice and very personable but it made me wonder if any photographic talent(or at least training?) was needed to apply at sears portraits. When I asked, she told me that she was the only one working since they where really slow recently. I can only imagine it will get slower if this kind of thing keeps happening. If I hadn’t already paid in advance from living social, I would have walked out after being left in the waiting room for 10 minutes without any recognition. And what’s with having to wait 2 – 3WEEKS for my photos? Walmart can print in an hour. Walmart.
