Not impressed! I ordered flowers in person at the shop, to be sent to the Albany area for my daughter’s birthday. I gave Renaissance four days notice and was told there were no problems. Late(in the day before they were to be delivered) I got a call from the shop telling me that the florist in Albany wouldn’t deliver them because Renaissance had just called in the order. Nothing like waiting until the last possible moment! I cancelled the order and found another florist who delivered them on time without a problem. However I had to return to Renaissance to tell them to refund my credit card charges that they had not done when the order was cancelled. This is very bad customer service and an even worse business model.

While I was sad to see John’s go, I know that we’re in good hands with Renaissance Floral. They made a beautiful arrangement for my mother on Valentine’s Day, I will be using them again!

I am so impressed with the work that«Q» and his partner did on the funeral arrangement for my Grandfather. The flowers were beautiful and fragrant. They had a huge selection of options and were completely willing to customize to our specifications. The best part was that the flowers that they used were seasonal so they were not exactly what was pictured in the catalogue, but the arrangement turned out even more gorgeous than the picture. It takes a lot of talent to improvise. The flowers were delivered on time as promised. I would definitely use them again. In fact, even though I live all the way in Brooklyn — I plan to call them to place orders for my Mom and Grandma from now on. They’ve got my business for Birthdays, Anniversaries and other occasions from now on! NOMORE1 – 800 florists for me!
