Went in on a Friday with a list of all the flower arrangements that my fiancé and I wanted for our wedding. They said they would call me on Monday with an estimate. They never called. So I called the following Friday and reminded them. They said they would call me on Monday with the estimate. Once again they never called me back. Needless to say they will not be getting my business now or in the future.

They had great service as as far as delivering on time, but they charged me twice for a bouquet of flowers and when I tried to call and talk to them about it htey told the woman who could help me was on the phone and asked to call me back. I said ok but never received a call back. They need more associates who know how to handle accounts and refunds, etc.

I have purchased many arrangements from Dillenbeck’s and they ALWAYS do an amazing job. This is the ONLY florist that I will locally use! I wish Unilocal had 6 stars! You will not be sorry for using these true professionals… actually, you will he a hero to someone!!!

I have dealt with Dillenbeck’s on numerous occasions over the last few years. They get five stars mainly for the time they delivered flowers to my wife on Valentine’s Day in the middle of a winter storm warning. Impressive service, nice folks.
