i didn’t care for the breakfast sandwich i had, but the quality of the bagels here is pretty good, definitely better than Best Bagels in Town. i got a parmesan bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and that was really good. the everything bagel was also good but a little too salty. the french toast bagel could have used a little more flavor but it was enjoyable. i tried an untoasted plain bagel and it was good, the outside was a little tougher than i was expecting but the inside had a great texture. the home fries here are pretty good, but not your typical diner style home fry, they are coated potato wedges and they have a pretty good flavor. the bacon i had on my sandwich was a little rubbery, and while the eggs were fresh cooked in house(i think Best Bagels uses a pre-made product), the texture could have been a little better. i also got a brownie with nuts on it and it was very good. i bought the last one with nuts on it, so clearly their customers know that nuts on brownies are great! the people here were friendly too. i would definitely like to go back more often for bagels.

Been coming here for years, friendly service but the employee that really ran the shop retired and it’s a bit slow now. Good bagels, good coffee…

Good service, tasty food, but a little over priced. Got the Italian bagle with lox and cream cheese. It was great. However, it was small and definitely not worth $ 7.

Quick service and very friendly. Bagel and coffee selection are great. They actually serve lunch sandwiches as well.

Had a much better bagel this time! I for the cinnamon raisin walnut cream cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. They were a little short-staffed so there was a bit of a wait, but no matter. I also had iced coffee, which was great.

Ive been to the bagel factory a few times in the past year and I will say that although the food has been consistently OK, I would definitely not recommend this place for several reasons. First of all, for a place marketing itself as a «bagel factory» they have a minimal selection of bagels and cream cheeses. I’m also not sure if their bagels are baked on the premises but if they are, then I find it scandalous that their bagels are rarely fresh whenever I order from them, and doubly scandalous that they rarely have the bagel I want and I am left picking from bagels I don’t like. Their cream cheeses also look like they haven’t been made recently. This being said, it’s their service that I find to be absolutely atrocious. Despite my best efforts to make it easier for their workers to take my order by writing it down, they always seem to mess it up. I’m also not sure why they become so overwhelmed when more than 3 people enter the store. I’ve worked in a busy deli before and it really isn’t a rocket science. In my last visit to the bagel factory, they were so overwhelmed by the 6 people waiting on line that 30 minutes after I ordered(Turkey, egg, cheese on wheat bagel) they informed me that they ran out of turkey. Needless to say I was not very happy and got a refund. An observation I made during my 30 minutes of waiting was that the man in the kitchen came out with orders that people didn’t even make! this happened several times! My boss at the deli would have castrated me for this type of mistake. Im not sure why this place is run so inefficiently but get it together, i really wanted to like this place. Ive gone here out of laziness and convenience, but im not sure if this place is worth the headache. I’d skip.
