I have lived here for a little over two years and have found it «adequate» at best. You will be overpaying for, basically, access to a crowded shopping area. Recently, there have been a number of thefts(mostly around the front office). You will find that even though you may have the same unit as another person, you pay differnt amounts for rent. The staff is not accomadating. If you are in there for something other than dropping off your rent check, don’t expect any consideration. There are very few street lights, so it is not advisable to be walking around/your dog after dark as people speed through here and don’t pay attetion to anything. There is a large amount of animal feces about, not to mention the fact a lot of people don’t leash their pets, so beware if you are out or with your dog. When the tornadoes struck, the front office gave absolutely NO help to the residents and lied about who had and didn’t have power. They were also showing favortism to some residents over others. If you want to be fairly treated and not have to deal with terrible management, I would go further south on 280 or over to Liberty Park. The only reason I currently reside here is because I am trying to move out of state and don’t feel moving all of my stuff to a new place, for a short time, would be worth it.
