Birmingham Quick Lube

I have gone here a few times because its pretty close to my house so it’s convenient. I went last week and it was HORRIBLE. I had the worst service. I was «helped» by someone named «Josh» (I only know his name from the invoice) He was so incredibly short & rude. They did not clean my windows (which they used to do) I asked him about a tire that my car kept telling me was low and he told me to go to some place down the street because they don’t specialize in tires. I was simply asking if it was even low. I am a hairstylist so I understand having a bad day but guess what… I NEVER take it out on paying clients. The service I received was minimal and forced. He completely put a horrible taste in my mouth. Bad move. My family has lived in Birmingham for years and all of my clients (who are also all Birmingham based) will be hearing about my bad service. Hopefully they can fix things up… Starting with the firing of «Joshy»

This is oil change station is right by our house however this is not the only reason we take our cars here. Most oil change businesses especially if you are a woman usually tries to sell you sooo much… filters, wiper blades and the list goes on however my husband sent me here (usually he goes) and since I never visited here before I expected to be «sold» on so many products however it was actually the opposite. They didn’t go down a list of misc items. I asked after having the oil change done about my filter and the young man told me I could hold off on getting a new one for now and when I wanted to purchase just let them know. Another thing is I had our three year old with me and the guys there where so nice to him, they gave him a small car and just chatted with us. And lastly they really are «quick». I appreciated that since my son was in the car. My husband loyally takes both of our cars here. Oh yea I also need to mention they offer you a water too! Overall I give this place a thumbs up, they get you in and out. You can find coupons for service son their website.
