In a world of big box stores and wholesale prices, the «mom and pop» hardware store has become obsolete and impractical, or so I thought. I visited Bluff Park Hardware this past weekend and was pretty surprised with what I found. Not only was the staff both friendly and knowledgeable with one-​on-​one expertise, but they also have the same (if not better) prices as the big hardware stores. I fancy myself as somewhat of a handyman and I can assure you, all of my projects/​repairs will now start at Bluff Park Hardware.

As far as hardware stores go, they are all pretty similar. They are places you can go for your small, around the house needs. Bluff Park Hardware sets itself apart from the rest with its service. The men that work there have all been there for years. I don’t know their names, but they always remember mine. They ask me about small projects around my house, that I can barely remember working on. Most importantly, they don’t make me feel dense for asking questions.
Costumer service goes a long way and the men at Bluff Park Hardware wrote the handbook.
