Budget Rent A Car

Absolutely terrible customer service. I made a reservation online last Wednesday for an economy car. Pick up Friday 2pm and drop off Monday 9:00am. Impossible to change the reservation online, you need to contact the office directly. I called this morning at 9:00am to request to get the car earlier, at anytime from 11:00am. I have been told that it was impossible because there was no economy car available before 2. I was disappointed, but thought I was just too last minute. Got there at 2 and began to register. There was actually no economy car available at all, I had to choose between the 3 SUVs that were sitting there. Requested to be allowed to bring the car with the fuel tank ¾ full, got a refusal. Very disappointing. I will never rent a car from Budget ever again, I previously had way better service with Enterprise for similar rates.

Wow the customer service at this location was horrendous. Rented a 16 foot truck and they have a 10 foot sitting there and I asked if we can switch. The answer was call budget. If you look at the sign outside it says budget but the staff is so unwilling to accommodate any small request. I have to call budget to change the rental when you are sitting here in front of a budget terminal? worthless!
