We took our iPhone 6 Plus in on Saturday, January 30th to replace a cracked screen. After 3 hours of waiting, we were told the new screen they tried to replace with was defective and they didn’t have any more screens. They put the phone back together and it would only power up to the apple logo. They said we had to do a restore from iTunes. When we got home we tried the restore function and it didn’t work. Ended up taking the phone to the Apple Store whose technicians said the phone appeared to be damaged from being taken apart. We had to purchase a new iPhone 6 Plus. We should have walked away when we saw how disorganized the kiosk was and how the staff had parts of phones all over the counter. I would never bring a phone there again!!!

I have an iPad 2 that got a broken screen during my trip to Birmingham. The guys at the Cellairis in the Riverchase Galleria did a phenomenal job for me. Not only did they get it done in time(on a business trip and was leaving in 3 days), but they had some great recommendations/options for a case that would actually protect my iPad(first one obviously failed). I’d highly recommend these guys for screen repair work(and accessories!).

Got a new iPhone 5 battery for a fair price. They were really nice and did it fast too. I definitely recommend it. Called a bunch of places and it seemed like they were the best in town. They’ve got 2 kiosks in the mall. Went to the one by Victoria Secret and it was great.

Took my Samsung Galaxy phone to get the screen repaired and Allen broke the backlight while trying to fix it. So he said he would order parts and have it ready the next day and it turns out that he didn’t order the correct part. He said we would have to wait another day to get the phone back. Two and a half days later, I found out he ordered the wrong color! Eager to get my phone back to answer some business calls, I told him I needed it asap. He failed to mention that I would have to rebreak the screen if I wanted the right color again. So, basically I paid $ 110 to wait 3 days to get my phone back and now the front doesn’t match the back. DONOTFIXYOURPHONEHERE. Go upstairs to iFix and Repair instead!!! When I had inquired earlier, it was a little more expensive but the guy was extremely knowledgeable. Plus, it is much more legitimate since its not just a booth in the mall but an actual store!
