Horrible wait times, staff not friendly. Pharmacy only… really nice up front…

My wife got a flu shot here and was charged $ 31.99 even though the insurance co-​pay should be $ 0. We contacted our prescription insurance and verified that the drug is covered and we should not have been charged anything. This CVS store refuses to refund our money even after the insurance company talked to them.
Walgreens now has 2 new customers.
