Double Up

I absolutely love this place. My girlfriend and I shop here about once every 4 months and each visit has always been great. The staff has always been very courteous and won’t hesitate to look in the backroom stock to find a size of t-​shirt, shoes or hats to my liking. Also, every time we have shopped here, the clerk or manager has always given us some sort of discount. I often bring out of town guests here, and they enjoy the store as much as I do. This is one of the few places in Michigan that actually sell tokidoki clothes, which is why I keep coming back.

This store has the freshest clothing and shoes around. period. Only place to get Supra shoes around Oakland county. Yeah the customer service blows but thats because they have three different «stores» worth of merchandise (two of them are glass head shops that also carry some sweet ass shit if youre into that alternative lifestyle haha). I guess technically those two are called jungle room but whatever the whole place is sick. maybe a tad overpriced but thats to be expected in downtown birmingham.

Cool, trendy store, but AWFUL customer service. We purchased a few t-​shirts, including the «Let’s Kick It All Together» shirt featured on Fox 2 News, but, unfortunately, had to do day-​after-​Christmas returns (purchased 8 days ago, with tags and receipt) for some of the gifts we ended up not giving this year. Despite no signage in the store or on the receipt, the store manager, Feliza, said that she could only give us store credit because that was their «store policy» that is told verbally to each customer when they make a purchase. When I explained that we were not made aware of this policy, she said, «Well did you even ask?» Of course not! She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Although she’s been the store manager for 8 months, she was incapable of reversing the transaction for store credit anyway. We had to wait for her to call an associate to come to the store to show her. Needless to say, we walked away with same three t-​shirts we walked in with.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Overpriced and terrible customer service… I’m sure the store won’t be there for very long anyway
