I have frequented this location two days in a row, including today and had nothing but rave reviews. Different times for both days, yesterday was around noon and this morning around 9:45. And both days a younger gentlemen with glasses, and another guy running machines and different groups of other employees. They were personable, hilarious, and very timely. Seriously couldn’t rave more. Really beats the crap out of Starbucks! So way to go! ESPECIALLY LOVED THE CHICKEN PESTO!!!

This Einstein bagels has dysfunctional employees who cannot handle making food. It took a half hour to receive 1 sandwich, I might as well went to a sit down breakfast restaurant. The employees also were not dressed in a professional manner and sagging their pants and you could see their underwear. It was chaotic inside this Einstein location the only helpful employee was the girl who was in charge of the registers. Einstein should consider firing the food line makers and hiring in a new team.

This is your typical Einstein’s. We ducked in here to avoid the rainstorm last week, and we had coupons I got in a mailer. My mom and I did BOGO sandwiches, my favorite is the thin pesto chicken sandwich. I didn’t know chips came with it, which was a nice surprise.
Staff was friendly, also. I don’t go to this location much because it closes at 5pm, though. It’s kitty-​corner to the Birmingham 8 theater, which I frequent for movie screenings.

Decent bagels compared to other options around town. Everything is a solid average except the tomatoes, which is why I am reviewing. Turkey sausage with egg on anything is a good too. Don’t order the unripe tomatoes!!!

Wixom, MI
Convient enough, in downtown Birmingham, more of a sandwich shop that also does coffee. Not very busy mid-​day, it was picking up closer to lunch. 10 – 12 tables inside, a couple of older guys playing chess.
We need change for the meter, grab a coffee — its was ok, not great. Maybe they could have clean up the place a little more.

Aw they’re so nice in here. And they make the best Vanilla Hazelnut coffee, I seriously have gotten it every day this past week.
Good lower calorie options but they lack flavor a bit. My favorite is the Veg Out sandwich, if you ask them to go easy on the cream cheese it’s an actual whole bagel (I hate bagel thins) sandwich for 400 calories.

The bagels are tasty and soft.
They do not carry any margarine, only butter. And no soy milk! Its not the greatest place to get your morning started if your a vegan or have a dairy allergy: /​
Good coffee, the breakfast sandwiches are tasty and usually look like they do in the advertisements, so that’s a plus!!!
