So friendly in Birmingham!
I got a salad to go with dressing on the side, but it came out in a bowl with dressing on it. Maybe not what I asked for, but the happy face on the manager was enough to cheer me up.

Pretty quick delivery! Only problem I encountered was with quality of sandwich. Seems to me that they may have not used fresh bread or maybe it was over cooked for my order. Bread was very crunchy and hard at the ends. Not the typical soft chewy fresh bread I’ve come to expect from a jimmy john’s. I hope quality control improves!

I love Firehouse subs so fresh and good sandwiches. I bought a steak sandwich for lunch. And I bought a hook & latter salad for dinner. It is so good and crunchy.

Firehouse is just awesome. It’s always delicious and everyone is so friendly in there every time I go in. It’s quick, good prices, and perfect for lunch and dinner. I always have left overs.
