I have been trying to work with Inkstache for over a year for simple updates to my website. Over the course of that time, Case was unresponsive for days, if not weeks or months, at a time. While their work looks good from the outside, I unfortunately never got to the point where I can say they did good work for me. It should NEVER be that difficult to get a hold of someone who you hire to do something for you. As a small business owner myself, I can tell you if I did not reply to one of my clients, I can assure you they would never want to work with me again– which is exactly what this situation ensured for Inkstache. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where as a client, I am valued and taken care of in a prompt and professional manner.
