I purchased a Steam Mop that didn’t work. I called customer service and they said I would have to pay to return. I explained that the nearest Kohl’s is almost a 3 hour drive and I don’t drive so it wouldn’t be feasible. I felt that they sent me a defective item and should take care of me. She finally said she would make an exception and it was a huge ordeal! Shnaida was the rep who helped me. I am disappointed as I have been a great customer and if this is how I am going to be handled it’s not very impressive. I am disappointed to say the least. I will buy one on Costco online, they have great customer service.

This is one of the cleanest and most organized Kohl’s I have ever been inside.
So easy to navigate. The men’s section is to the right, and women’s section is on the left.
There are always sales racks, and if you don’t mind searching, you will probably find something really cute.
They have a nice perfume and skin care section. A girl has got to love that.
The kids section is towards the back, and there are really cute dresses for little girls.
I always see a purse I want, but I don’t ever buy one. Well I bought one today, but it was at a different Kohl’s. And it isn’t really a purse. more like a sack thingy.
Before I leave I always stroll in the men’s section lingering around the sports teams. Hmm which shirt shall I buy… Auburn or Alabama?
