Level Multisport

My husband went here to get his biked inspected due to damages by our movers. Jim is the person who helped BIG TIME! We were able to win the claim since we asked our movers to send their «inspector» to this bike shop where they really know about fiber carbon bikes. Jim helped to contact the bike maker, get a new frame, and get the biked fixed!

1. I write this strictly as a runner, I know they service triathletes, who may have a different view. 2. I wish I could give 3.5 stars.
I’ve been to Level 3 times… the first time, I was impressed. They talked through my needs, suggested shoes and were generally very helpful. The second time, I met the owner, who was extremely nice. She took back a pair of shoes, despite them being worn and helped me pick out my first GPS. The third time… meh. The person helping me seemed more interested in just telling me what she uses and ignored most of what I was saying about my wants/​needs. I told her 3 times how I didn’t like a certain product while she kept seeming to convince me to try said product.
I’m glad that they hire athletes to serve athletes, but it seems like the staff is ready to convince you to use exactly what they use, and don’t seem very knowledgable on the rest of the products or willing to help you get exactly what you need.
That said, they have several brands you won’t find anywhere else, and they are friendly.
