This place is so weird, the manager there, the African American guy! He wouldn’t talk to me when he have a question for me ! he tell the other employee to ask me !!! When both are standing next to each other, away from by 3 – 4 feet ONLY. seriously they were not normal Also the lady African American lady with straight black hair was also rude too, my 3 years old boy touched one of the suites, she said NOPLEASEINDRY voice /attitude … not friendly at all. I am surprised they are in business.

I wish it was possible to leave no stars! Do yourself a favor and don’t use President Tuxedo! We had a family wedding which was planned with President Tuxedo for over a year and they treated us horribly! My fathers pants were broken at the waist and he was told«don’t worry they adjust» truth be told! BROKEN clasp at waist. He had to hold them up during ceremony and he had to go home and change before reception! The best mans hem came out of his pants. Another grooms man and the groom had holes in tux pants! Seriously $ 170 per tux and you get TRASH. When I spoke to the girl she replied«well this is our busiest season» SERIOUSLY! If you can’t deliver what people pay for get out of the business!

I always thought when I got older that I’d be working a job that required me to wear a suit everyday to work, and a tux every so often for work parties. Man did I overshoot. But, it’s nice to know that when I am in need of a tuxedo, there are places like this that will help me get through. First of all, I was brought up that if you are going to be renting a tux more than once in a year, than just buy a nice tuxedo. Well, that’s what I did. A good tuxedo should last you a five year or more(depending upon the style). Mine has lasted quite well nearly 3 years, and shows no signs of deteriorating anytime soon. Yes, I could have gone to a tailor and had a handmade tuxedo, but I wasn’t trying to spend over $ 500, and President’s got me in under my budget. I would suggest coming to this location, filled with an eager staff who wants to help, and not just sell you stuff you don’t need.
