THISICECREAMISEVERYTHING. Literally. It is some of the best homemade ice cream I have ever had. There are so many choices that it always takes about 27 years to decide what to do. The ice cream is made right here. so it is fresh and delicious. The coconut was my favorite. Huckleberry was delicious as well. And the pumpkin! Best pumpkin ice cream I have had. OVERALL Millers is some of the best Ice cream I have ever had, and trust me I have had a lot of ice cream. GOMILLERS I LOVEYOU

There’s not much to look at here, but the food more than makes up for it. Located in a large echoe-y building, we came here after going to the gardens down the street and riding the carousel. Originally we were just coming for the ice cream as we’d had a recommendation the day before that it was homemade and some of the best around. But when we got there we realized it was 5pm and the kids were hungry so we ordered from the menu. The waitress(didn’t get her name) was very friendly and welcoming, and despite all the commotion of 6 kids and 5 adults speaking at once took our orders perfectly. I had the meatball parm which was only 3 meatballs as opposed to the 4 she had quoted, but it was very good. Meatball sandwiches can be hit or miss and this one was actually better than half of the ones I’ve tried around home back in NJ. My oldest ordered the mac n cheese bites and didn’t like it(but I ate them instead and they enjoyed them fully). She ordered a grilled cheese as a replacement and it came out in like 3 seconds and was very good(yeah, i had a bite of that too). My younger one got chicken fingers which were decent. The fries were great. My two friends got the fried perch sandwich and were into and seemed satisfied. Next we ordered ice cream. Out of the 11 of us we had chocolate, peanut butter, lemon and cookies n cream. All were satisfied. I feel inclined to note that some may feel four stars should only be given to a place with nice décor, etc. where you might want to take a date. This is a family restaurant /ice cream shop and for the price/friendliness/quality it deserved the four star rating.

I remember going here in high school when it was just the walk up ice cream place then I come back into town and they have a totally remodeled building with a full menu. I came here with my parents our food came out on time, everything was correct and the food was great. I’m usually hesitant to get ruebens because I can be sort of a snob about them but my mom and I were both impressed. You seriously can’t beat the prices! The owner, I believe she was, came around asking everyone at their tables if everything was to their satisfaction. I love seeing local businesses being successful! I’m only in town until October but I’m crossing my fingers that they will have the pumpkin ice cream by then, hands down the best I’ve ever tasted!

After reading the reviews about the service and attitude I almost didn’t try it. My wife wanted real fries and the photos on fbook showed real fries. The fries were real, fresh and delicious, burger was only fair but for a $ 4 burger acceptable. The server was cheerful and prompt, the owner stopped by our booth twice to ask how the food was and thanked us for choosing them, she was cheerful and genuinely thankful for the business. Will definitely return

Rude, rude, rude! They got our order wrong and when we brought it to their attention they acted as if was our fault. Then didn’t bring all of our order. The capper was overcharging us. For a more pleasant experience stay home and slam your foot in the door.

Whatever Hatfield & McCoy’s blood feud is going on in the one-star reviews, ya’ll need to chill the fuck out. Once a year, for the last four years, mom and I visit this place after picking apples nearby. To visit so rarely, and the quality to stay consistently so high, is unheard of, anywhere. Every single time the owner has come out with a smile and asked us how our food is. Every single time I order the same thing, the country fried steak breakfast, and every single time it is flawlessly fantastic. Every single time we are served courteously, quickly, with freshly prepared from scratch perfection. This place is batting a thousand in my book. What the hell’s the problem? Did the owner let her dog wander into your yard? Did she put up the wrong political yard sign one year? Are you people Michigan fans? Nah, gotta be Steelers fans, only Steelers fans have so many burrs up their damn saddle. Keep it up Miler’s!

I used to like going here for ice cream, but the service is just so horrible now! The owner was always rude before and it hasn’t improved since the reopening. If she takes my order over the phone for dinner, it’s wrong. When we go in she at least appears to try to smile, but you can tell it’s a real struggle for her. The young staff that is there can’t even make a sundae half the time. There was one good employee, but I haven’t seen her in a couple months, which probably explains why the service is so bad again. She was great! I miss her! I’ve seen delivery trucks there and now question the«homemade» part of the ice cream too. Although it doesn’t taste so bad, it is ice cream after all. The food part of the menu is very mediocre, but was nice to have close by since there is nothing around here. Tonight was the last straw though being the third order in a row to be severely wrong. I think if someone else came in and bought this place they could whip it into shape with good food and good service!

Very disappointed. Since the remodel/rebuild this place has started going downhill in service. Last time I went there with my father it took them 40 minutes for two hamburgers(and when we arrived we were the only customers) and people who got there well after we did got their food long before we did(one was a friend of the person working in the back and came in and ordered 15 minutes or more after we ordered and got his food at least 5 minutes before we did). I’ve heard similar complaints from a few other people as well so it just wasn’t an off day. The food is alright and the ice cream is good, but that is just ruined by terrible service. Probably not going back anytime soon.

This homemade ice cream is so good that my friend Dina made me stop the limo for a cone on the way from her wedding in Oberlin to the reception at the VFW Hall in Berlin Heights, back in the Old Country(Ohio). Nobody batted an eye as the bride, groom, and I pigged out in full wedding regalia. They make all the ice cream on the premises of this classic roadside stand on rural SR113. Drive over at dusk on a hot July day, get a big lemon cone, sit on the hood of your car with your sweetie, and watch the lightning bugs come out as the gloam deepens over the surrounding cornfields. That’s summer.
