These guys are awesome! I didn’t even know what was wrong with my iPhone but the they were able to solve my issue within 30 minutes. the charge port was acting up and before I was done eating around the pinnacle I had received a call letting my know my iPhone 4 was back on and charging.
after the repair, I noticed that the ringer wasn’t sounding off. I called them about it and they told me to bring it by again and they would take care of it. free of charge! When I brought it back they put a priority on it, I waited about 10 minutes and they had it back together good as new.
I didn’t have multiple repairs but I overheard a conversation with another customer that they discount down multiple repairs on the same phone as well as their otter box cases when you get a screen repair to keep your phone safe, that’s a plus! Will continue to shop here.
