Today at Christmas they have two people working. 20 people with appointments in the waiting room mad. 5 registers empty and were told«In a perfect world we would have employees working today» That’s just bad bad management. Headed to Patton Creek Store and they had 12 people on the floor. No wait! Worst Sprint store ever.

These guys are a joke. The rep tells me it’s excessive network use that’s dropping my calls. Before it was my phone was no longer supported and they weren’t going to upgrade it. Second time I’ve wasted my time with this store. Listening to the guy tell me he was«nearly special forces» as a radar tech really tied it all together. Too bad you can’t fix my phone.

The slowest Sprint in the USA ! Sounds funny! I went to upgrade my phone and write the way I got help I was very happy usually it takes at least 35 minutes but this day wasn’t busy! It took me two hours to upgrade my phone so slow … If you can avoid this store I would recommend to go any other sprint store will be much faster! But they are very friendly!!!

This used to be a great & helpful store, I am not sure what has happened to it. Just like Ruth L I was told that I had to go on the easy pay & could not upgrade my phone. I had already spoken to customer service regarding this & was told I could do it. When my aunt asked how much it would cost to just buy a phone instead of changing stuff she was told that she could not afford it. REALLY you are going to tell a customer that?! I had corporate on the phone & they still refused to do it. Apparently this store is trying to take advantage of customers. I went to another store & there were NOQUESTIONS about changing my contract everything is still the same. BEAWARETHISSTOREISTRYINGTOSCAMPEOPLENOW…

No stars. They basically gave me a story last week when I came in for an upgrade that they no longer did this and I had to move to their new plan. And instead of buying a phone, I had to go on ez plan and pay $ 25/mo for the phone. Shortly after leaving the store with the new phone I found out they DO still have my old plan and I should have been able to purchase the phone. So this weekend I have spent the entire time I haven’t been working trying, unsuccessfully, to undo what was done last weekend. I am beyond words at this cluster. Now back at the store trying one last time to get right. I will begin shopping for another carrier after this visit.
