I ordered one 1 hour photo and went to the store to pick it up. I passed 3 female associates looking for a phone charger but could not help me. The lady that did help me said they haven’t checked the computer for photo in several days. She explained it would be a while since there was an order with 8500 pictures before me. Completely disappointed again. Why do I bother?

Meh. It’s Walmart. And I went after work so I was hungry and cranky, and they didn’t have the item I was looking for. But it’s the closest Walmart to my place of habitation, so when Target doesn’t have what I’m looking for, I’ll trek back over here.

I’m not in the business of bad mouthing a business on social media. I’m just going to state the facts. I avoid Wal Mart as much as I can but they’re cheap so when it comes to diapers its a win. As we’re shopping I overheard employees cursing and complaining about everything. When we went to check out the person at the register didn’t even speak to us. Not a hello or have a nice day, just rang up our items and looked at me. I swiped my card and made my way out. To be fair, I just struggle with most«big box» retailers and that’s a personal issue. I’m in the retail business and serving your customer and offering a good experience is 95% what I’ve based my career around. So, perhaps my expectations are to high. Nevertheless, I’ll go back, I’ll buy my stuff and leave as usual. Wal Mart serves its purpose.

Every time I leave this Walmart, I ask myself«why did I go here». And then I remind myself… «Duh, because its cheap». Sometimes its worth it. Sometimes its not. Someone said it before«Walmart is Walmart». No matter where you go. I don’t go if I am anticipating asking any questions or where something is. I don’t go for any of the fresh food(produce, meats, etc). I go when I need something that the product quality doesn’t vary from store to store. And is more expensive else where. This Walmart has a nice façade. But the customer service, efficiency, and overall experience is the same.

This Walmart has an armed guard on the premises most of the time. Unfortunately there is not an armed escort to your car. It is Lord of the Flies in there – wild kids sprinting down the aisles. A lot of leering on average. Go early. Try the garden checkout. An acceptable last resort if you are of sound body and mind.

I think this is a very well kept branch. It seems to be in good order most of the time, and I rarely come across a product I want that is out of stock. Everyday low prices:) As always there are about 25 checkout lines with about 5 open. Waits normally aren’t terrible. Also a plus here is the Subway inside.(You can easily go across the street to the Golden Arches, if that news disappoints you) Or Chick-Fil-A out front. Redbox inside among other stuff. This is a very large branch. There’s a good mix of demographics that come in here seeing as it is located right between two extremes of income. I like it.

2 different Wally Worlds in one day? I’ve been possessed by Mephistopheles the evil doer! I despise going to Walmart. Madness and debauchery seem to ensue every time! I’m not referring to the type I incite, either! Anyway, I’m giving it three stars which means the equivalent of 75789 stars for anything else because it’s the maximum I will give Walmart. Things were arranged neatly, and I was able to get, find my item and get out in less than 5 minutes. That’s a rare feat at a Walmart. So, if I must go, here is where I will. Although, in an unusual twist, at the register I tried to pay in cash and I was asked if I wanted to wait 6 – 8 minutes on ‘ones’. I’m used to being asked that about chicken, but singles? So I promptly paid with a card and left. Guess business was booming at the Furnace tonight…

Walmart is Walmart. You know you’ll get long checkout lines and customer service only if you ask for it(though to be fair, I’ve always been very satisfied with Walmart’s customer service once I did ask). It’s open 24 hrs, so you can satisfy that craving for Ben & Jerry’s or buy diapers any time, without worrying too much about how much it’s going to cost. That’s the reason we all go there. I was surprised how nice the optical department is — I’d give them 4 stars! I was disappointed in how bad the«wireless» shop was. Half of the demo phones(and both demo iPads) seem to have been stolen from the displays! Who is stupid enough to steal a demo phone? Never mind; I think I just answered my own question. This is a review of Walmart, after all. I’d bump the whole place up a star if they’d just increase the number of open checkout lines by 50%!
