Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars for service. I tried placing an online order at 10 am this morning(trying to give them ample time), there was a glitch and my credit card kept getting declined. I called the store and asked to fax the order and pay when I get there, the girl said of course except she didn’t even know the correct fax number. I’m ordering sandwiches for a lunch at my office, so there is a time constraint so I figured I can just print off my orders and hand them the list however when I got there the lady made me fill out their stupid bags for all of my orders, so I’m not sure the difference if I just faxed them my order for pickup, thus me not filling out all of the bags. After having to do all of this, I was highly annoyed. The manager told me an order like this(8 sandwiches) would typically take two hours, so if you’re in a rush and there are 7 people ahead of you beware because apparently it will take two hours to make all 8 of those sandwiches. The manager/owner kept making up excuse after excuse followed by a lousy apology. As I was trying to get my sandwiches situated, she also took another customer before me. Note to the manager: when you have a pissed off customer, don’t take someone else’s order ahead of theirs. When I left with all of my sandwiches, I told her I would make sure to give them a review, she said«whatever» followed by yet another lousy apology. I worked in the service industry for years and would never have been rude to a customer regardless of how they act, so her attitude was completely unacceptable.

The sheer # of options on the menu can be a bit daunting, but Which Wich is a good sandwich place. I wish it was a little bit faster getting the food out. But every sandwich I’ve had from here so far has been great, and I think I’ve switched it up every time due to their bag & marker way of ordering. While it may not win any awards, it’s definitely a quality sandwich, and better than Subway.

Everyone put your glasses on this is going to be a long story. Living in Birmingham, my favorite sandwich restaurants have been Diplomat deli and Subway, but now that I have found which which, my life has been turned upside down. When I walked into this extremely high-quality establishment, I was very excited to see what they had. I walked over to the brown paper bags which were situated in a cubby that I thoroughly enjoyed. As I took one out I realized that they were sorted by sandwich types. This was very interesting to me and it was super fun to write what I wanted on the bag. I looked long and hard at the menu and I was very excited to see that they had an Italian sandwich. One thing that worried me about this establishment was whether they heated their sandwiches or not. The restaurant Jimmy John’s made me very Furious when I went there and they refused to heat up my sandwich. I even went on to email them about this problem and they were very snarky and rude to me in return. I hope no one ever eats there because they are the worst. I’m sorry about going on this tangent but I just had to tell you not to eat at Jimmy John’s because they are demons. Back to the subject of which which, I got to get one of their famous red Sharpies out and bubble on the bag what I wanted. Every option listed was just fantastic from onion straws to pepper jack cheese. I was just so enthralled by all of these choices. After I selected all of my sandwich ingredients, I gave the paper bag to the Fantastic staff at Which Wich. After I ordered, by the way the prices were fantastic, I sat down at one of their Art Deco design tables which are just fantastically made. I heard my name being called by an Angel; my sandwich was ready. The way that the sandwich was packaged couldn’t have been more elegant and perfect. As I unraveled the sandwich from from the paper bag and foil, I was almost in tears because it was just so magnificent. I open up the sandwich to see that there’s a plethora of meat and the design and stacking of the meats could not have been more perfect. The bread was some of the best I’ve ever had; the demon-filled Jimmy John’s should be looked down upon for their failure to have such good bread. Each bite was just an adventure. As I kept munching and crunching on this delicacy, I did not want this Euphoria to stop. The combination of the various ingredients which was cooked at the perfect temperature caused cause me to be overjoyed by the perfect quality of the sandwich. Which which is the most amazing sandwich restaurant I have ever been to and I would recommend it to every single person I meet.

Good sandwiches but the service was slow. I really like this chain and wish they had it up north. It’s a lot like Subway. But, the process is a little different. Theres a brown bag for each«type» of sandwich, you pick the one you want. Then, you fill it out without exactly what you want on it type of cheese, condiments, etc. I got a a chicken sandwich and it was really good. They don’t have a ton of different roll choices though. But, reasonably priced and a nice place to stop for lunch.

Some place, good quality ingredients for a fast food joint. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of ingredients in the unique nature of their menu. I didn’t necessarily like ordering from a paper bag, but I get deployed to make the fast food chain unique.

Worst experience. I will NOT be going back. The manager is a jerk and refused to make my food when I had a confirmation email/order number. BRUTAL

Ok so we come here occasionally. This time the service was so awful. My order came out at least 5 orders after my husband’s. They didnt make either order correct. It was $ 22. We were here for an hour. At least 30 mins was spent waiting. It wasnt that busy here. Definitely NEVER coming back.

Was on a business trip to Birmingham and decided to try this place. It’s in a nice mall area almost to fancy from what I’m used to in jersey for a sub shop. The inside is a cool design with a lot of stainless steel décor. Pretty much the gimmick is you have genres of subs represented by numbers. Than there are sub bags which you check off all your options you want to customize you sub. I got the gyro sub which is one of my favorite things to get when I goto a diner. This tastes exactly the same but better cause it’s bigger. I wish I had more time there to try more subs. The biggest compliant is the store was somewhat messy and not kept clean(dirty tables, spilled things on the floor) Overall I would try this place again and can’t wait till it comes to jersey

Being from up north it is hard to find a good cheesesteak and on Friday night decided to try the place — ordered cheese steak and was surprised to find that I could get it Philly style with Cheese Wiz — not a Philly Cheesesteak but, damn good for Alabama! you won’t find one anywhere else as good as here — Jersey Mike’s is Ok but this is way better.

Basically it’s an unhealthy Subway with way too many options for weight gain. You can make anything here from a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to their massive five-meats and cheese sandwich. I’m no stranger to this place and it was certainly a lot of fun trying to decide what you were going to have. This is one of my favorite chain restaurants of all time. The people working here are also very friendly and helpful.

Amazing sandwich place. Lots of options but easy to order with sharpie form for making your sandwich. If you’re sick of subway, come here for good, fast service and fresh ingredients. Also try their homemade potato chips.

This is a great choice for people who like sandwiches and are tired of going to all the traditional places around Bham. The only obstacle is deciding whether or not you want to face the traffic jam that is the summit. The experience is different from other places. When you go in you grab a paper bag that has all the options printed on it and you just check off what you want. The bags are numbered by type of sandwich: chicken, vegetarian, turkey, etc. And they have lots of different options. The bread is white or wheat, and it is like a sub, yet better. You also have the option to have your sandwich in a bowl. Then you mark your choices for what you want on it. And believe me, there’s plenty of toppings. I have tried the buffalo chicken and the black bean veggie sandwich. Both toasted, and they were great. There’s something for everyone, I’m pretty sure. All of the staff were extremely nice as well. Anyways, because of the huge variety to choose from, I’d definitely go back. I just have to convince myself to brave the summit. At least that side of it anyways.
