Great hotel. the slide at the pool kept my son busy. The breakfast was good and the service was great.

As usual CIAS lives up to its rep as clean, friendly, and quiet. The only hiccup this time was they sent us off to our room before it was ready. While this was annoying, the breakfast (best of any CIAS we have ever been at) and the pool (also the best) more than made up for it. Worth the stay

The customer service is what really brought this down. Hotel room was nice. However, the phone didn’t work and when they said they would come replace it they did not. My daughter was cold on the pullout bed so we called for an extra blanket and they did not bring it. They did not clean our room at all only changed out towels and when I asked why I was blown off. One of the worst experiences at a hotel. However there were a couple that tried to make it better and were very hospitable. Breakfast was good.

Pretty nice place. Good location. Near interstate and several restaurants. Continental breakfast was typical. No complaints. Seemed clean enough.
