Pancheros Mexican Grill

9:35 pm and our family rolls up. Hungry.
The door says they close st 10 pm.
The door was locked.
So I call them and they say management said they can close early if it isn’t busy.
Really.
If I owned this Pancheros, I would fire the manager.
The food is solid. The management is not.

Tortilla made when you order! Nice touch! Also, unlike «other burrito» places I’ve encountered in other states, Pancheros mixes the contents before wrapping the burrito. Wish the «other places» did this!

This is just another in a long line of Chipotle knock-​offs. It tries to do something unique by making the tortilla to order, but this extra step does nothing to enhance the experience. Indeed, the tortilla, meats, rice, beans, salsas, and queso are all bland. Really bland… no discernible seasoning at all. The queso is a strange, plastic-​like glue that is inedible.
The restaurant is dirty. Dirty tables, dirty plates, dirty condiment/​drink area, dirty floors. There was no ice in the ice machine… several customers made the staff aware of this, and nothing was done about it during the 30 minutes or so that I was there. With at least five people working and hardly any customers, it seems like more time could have been spent making the place at least presentable, if not clean.
The attitudes of the staff were evident on their faces… they were not happy to be working, which they made clear by being rude and trying to rush each customer through the line as quickly as possible. The person at the register was the worst; hopefully some remediation will be in order.
The quick version? Bad food, poor customer service, and overall dirty atmosphere combine to make sure each custom never returns. Next!

We make Pancheros a regular event. Sure there is a Qdoba in town, but nothing beats having your burrito and its ingredients «bobbed» — mixed together. When you eat a Qdoba burrito, you get bites of the individual ingredients. I much prefer the ingredients mixed. Never had a bad burrito!

Absolutely amazing! The line was through the door and it only took 5 minutes to get through the line. They did not sacrifice quality for speed as my meal was amazing! I wish I could give them 6 stars

What the HECK happened to this place? We use to go here all the time a few years ago and it was fantastic. The last couple of times we’ve gone it has just gotten worse and worse. Why did they get rid of Cholula?
Last Saturday did us in. Stopped in for lunch. I wanted to use the restroom before I ordered. Walked in and walked out. BUGS ON THE WALL. I’m done never again. If that’s what their bathrooms look like I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Ew!

The food tastes great, but the staff usually ends up annoying me. They just always make it seem like I’m bothering them. I usually get a veggie burrito and it’s almost always delicious. I wish they’d chop the veggies a little smaller but that’s a tiny complaint. Their guacamole is really good as are the tortillas. I do prefer this burrito place to any other quickie mexican resaturants in town.

I brought my niece and nephew here in Pancheros Mexican Grill, and guess what? We all loved this place so much. The place is cool, clean, and well organized.
I’m so happy that this place is offering meals for kids. My nephew ordered the Chicken Taco. You can custom made the taco whatever your desires is. So my nephew wanted it as simple as chicken and cheese. He is so happy with his order and he loved it so much. My niece tried the Cheese Quesadilla, a fresh pressed tortilla, filled with cheese. They both loved it because they love cheese so much. I’m so happy that both of them were happy eating their meal. Now for me, I tried their tacos. Two tacos on a freshly made soft flour tortillas, with my choice of marinated and grilled meat, lettuce, cheese, salsa. It was the best tacos! :)
My niece and nephew wanted to go back again here in Pancheros Mexican Grill, and so am I! Thanks Pancheros for this wonderful experience.

Best burrito in Bismarck. point blank. There is a Qdoba in town yes. they have some other bests read my review. GREAT BURRITO I have had better in other parts of the US but this is still very good. They sell cold Jones soda’s or beer which is a plus for bismarck.
