Great coffee but occasional rude service is the problem. I go through the drive thru mostly and have come to learn that there is a female, older with grey hair who has a permanent scowl affixed to her face when I come the the drive through. The negative energy is just plain bad. Most team members in the drive thru are friendly. Not her. I recently went through on my birthday and specifically requested the Thanksgiving dark roast. If you have the app on your phone a beverage is free on your birthday. The window opened and she looked at the coffee and turned to her coworkers and snarled, «Why are we still serving Thanksgiving?» I told her it was my birthday. She scanned my phone and I got it free. No «Happy Birthday!» Just the snarl. Much of the time the team members in the drive thru rock. They are warm and friendly. All it takes is one nasty person to ruin it for everyone.

You had one job. To take my money and in return give me a hot cup of coffee. My coffee was luke warm at best and I waited 10 min for a bagel.

I normally wouldn’t give Starbucks a 5-star review(mostly because I enjoy supporting local establishments), but I have never been so happy to see Starbucks as I have been in Bismarck. (Good) coffee is scarce in these parts, so Starbucks it’s nice to rely on good old standbys. The drive-thru is a plus and never seems to be too busy. And? They get my high-maintenance drink right… every time I order it. That’s saying a lot.

My fave stop before work! Amazing Personalize service by the baristas, they remember guest’s preferences by heart and they have a spotless dining area and restrooms! Definitely recommended!

Very busy but the services was quick and the coffee came out fast. Baristas seemed professional and polite.
