I stayed here for a conference I was presenting at, and although I knew it was not going to be five stars, I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. Never again. The bed was ok, and the wifi was free. That was about the extent of it. I didn’t even want to touch the key slot as all the metal was peeling and it looked straight up moldy. The toilets are the kind that you have to hold down the handle the whole time you flush and you basically have a panic attack every time, just waiting for it to overflow. I CANNOTDEAL. The temperature in the room was either hot or freezing to the point I thought I might be getting sick and was feverish. The walls are also paper thin and the company questionable. I had anxiety all night waiting for someone to come into my room instead of theirs. The total clincher however was the restaurant/bar. There were many people coming in for the conference which had about 200 people registered and there was ONE person manning the bar, waiting tables and I’m pretty sure cooking the food. It took over a half hour for us to even order and then another half hour for the food to come. Finally, after 7, they added a person in the kitchen and it picked up, but when we saw people coming in for dinner we actually told them to go elsewhere– and the food was mediocre. An hour for FRIESANDQUESADILLAS? Sorry no. As for the conference set up, if I were running the event we would NOT have it there again. We were set to start at 8 am and at 7:56 they had not even set up the computer or podium. Breakfast was coffee in espresso sized cups, the smallest yogurts I’ve ever seen and cold pound cake. There was no trash for sugar packets and no place to put used spoons after preparing coffee. The continental breakfast was not much better. I’d like at least the option to sit down and order some protein and a cup of coffee even if it’s not extravagant. For our snack– crackers and cheese and fruit(which everyone filled up on since we had not been able to find real food for breakfast) the line was held up as hotel staff dumped more fruit and crackers on the plate from a bucket(they couldn’t have found a less awkward time?) I left before lunch was served, but the salad was the most basic with iceberg lettuce, a couple tomatoes and cucumber with a shared bowl of ranch dressing. This place is the antithesis of customer service and efficiency. If I return to North Dakota again to present, I will stay elsewhere. I didn’t even take the toiletries… That says something.

I can tell you from years of staying at numerous hotels that housekeeping makes or breaks a hotel for multiple night stays. This one failed miserably. My room was half assed made up the first day. Pillows just thrown on the bed. The bed was made up half assed. Table was not wiped off. The sink was not cleaned. I left a tip for them before I left for the day. They left it. I’m thinking because they knew they weren’t going to earn it. Then my third day of coming back from being gone all day my room was still unmade. Still the way I left it in the morning. I will not return. The front desk lady said housekeeping would come by and ask me what I needed. 2 hours later still nothing. I requested clean towels. Screw this place for $ 130 a night. They only price gouged because of a huge event going in the town. Never again will I stay here. They said sometimes people don’t want their rooms made up. That was their excuse. They were filled with excuse after excuse.

One star is too many for this place! The rooms were dirty in the hotel in general was very run down. We looked at several rooms before demanding a refund. Front desk person was not helpful and said she had no power to do anything about our concerns. Asked to speak with general manager by phone. She was obviously very inexperienced clueless. We packed back up and headed for a different hotel. The price was reasonable but there’s a reason! Horribly run and managed.

If I could give — stars I would !!! The front desks lady was very rude and unwelcoming. The room is very run down. I always thought that the Ramada was a safe bet. It’s place is a mess. The window has holes and stuff is coming in. Message me for pics

I’ve stayed here several times while passing through for business. There’s nothing fancy about this hotel — it’s a fair setup considering the room size and price. Rooms are fairly large and usually have a 32″ TV, king size bed, small desk, and couch. You can usually get a room here for somewhere around $ 95, which seems pretty reasonable for the area. There is free WIFI and a free continental breakfast(usually with 2 or so hot items). I would give it 4 stars but the location is meh. It’s close to the interstate, but it’s a 5 – 10 minute drive to any restaurant. If you do the wyndham rewards, this place usually has some bonus points, which is a plus.

great room for the price, I was surprised how well maintained the place was. Breakfast buffet was good too.

Not as bad as the other reviewer says, but not my choice of stay. «Limited» surely lets you know that this place isn’t all that great.
