Great variety and the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had! The only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the price! I think it is a little expensive, but for the quality of product and freshness I am still willing to pay it!

Great tea, but very expensive :(I love that you can get a cup of tea to go though, something coffee shops should really catch on to!

I was pleased to see a tea shop open in Bismarck, especially one that serves bubble tea. They don’t have true tapioca balls, only popping bobas. To add bobas is $ 1.35 extra, which is the most I’ve ever paid for boba in the USA. Four bubble teas cost me $ 25, which is over $ 6 per drink… outrageous! I think that this tea shop needs to visit some other bubble tea shops across the country to find out how true bubble tea shops operate.

First and LAST time I enter this place! Tea was VERY overpriced and not good at all. Owner was rude when we tried to use coupons and did not abide by the terms CLEARLY stated on coupon. Then went over to another person and began whispering to I assume her spouse at which time I wished we asked for our money back and left. Extremely sorry to have patronized this place but certainly won’t do so again!

Went here for the first Time today and loved it! Could spend hours in here! A man greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained everything to me! Very impressed with the customer service. Although they don’t have actual boba tea(which is a little disappointing) I will definitely be coming back!

The boba tea isn’t that good. I’ve had boba all over the country… It’s ehhh. Each boba tea is $ 7… Over priced for low quality. I guess it’s good for people who haven’t experienced the best.

This place has great customer service, but their milk teas are horrible. I understand they are trying to make healthy drinks however you should not have to sacrifice flavor. I got a milk tea and the flavoring that was added was from powder. All I tasted was milk with a hint of fruit flavor and a hint of sweetness. Sometimes it is better to take the traditional route to keep people coming for more. The so called bubble teas don’t even have boba(tapioca pearls)! I will definitely not be coming to this flavorless overpriced place again.

This is a cute little place; quiet, great ambiance, great tea, delicious selection of chocolate bars, and open til 6. A great place to find a gift. I would have enjoyed my experience a little more if my tea would have been served«to stay,» I can’t say I had good customer service… I didn’t even get my change back, I had to return to the counter to ask for my tea. All and all, great feel.

This is hands down by favorite place in Bismarck. The tea is great. One of my personal favorites is a spicy chai latte with almond milk and agave. They also make super cute bubble teas. The atmosphere is great as well with comfy couches and chairs surrounded by shelves and shelves of tea for sale. The best part of this place is the staff. It’s owned by a husband/wife and they are the sweetest people ever. They are always suggesting new teas to me because I generally don’t have a set idea of what I want when I walk in the door. They know me by name because I am there all the time, and always remember what’s going on with my life and ask me about it. They also have the best bagels. Now, I love bagels all in all — but these are NY style bagels, and are fluffy and delicious. I’ll admit, it’s a treat when I go because it’s a little spendy … but extremely worth it.
