The Loft Salon and Spa

I have been to the Loft Salon and Spa many times over the past two years. Kacie does AMAZING things with my hair! I am always getting compliments on both my cut and color! I will be going back to the loft over and over again! :)

I just LOVE everyone at the Loft Salon & Spa! I’m always greeted with big smiles and warm wishes! Absolute geniuses with cut and color and who doesn’t love an AMAZING massage! Thanks Again!

Defining moment: I committed to bangs again knowing I have a local and enjoyable place to keep them managed. Classy space, terrific customer service (water or tea upon arrival and excellent reservation system including texted reminders and online appointment setting) and great skill has rendered me a new regular after just my first appointment. A few months ago I decided to try The Loft, as I’d had a bad experience at my usual hair place. That one visit was enough for me, and I’m now back at my original hair salon. The most disappointing thing for me was how incredibly unprofessional the stylists were. Even though I was a first time client, they sat and gossiped with each other for the entire time I was there (a couple hours.) I got so bored I had to ask for reading material, which was brought to me. However I was otherwise ignored. I asked my stylist for an all over color to mask my previous color, and even though I ended up looking the same afterward she expected me to pay full price. After I expressed disappointment, I did get a toner put over it, but left underwhelmed anyways. I would have gone back again if the women weren’t so unfriendly and into themselves.
