I never review fast food restaurants. mainly because most fast food restaurants leave little room for consistent error or issues with quality. It is after all their purpose to provide an identical experience and identical quality no matter which franchise you visit. This Burger King however is like the twilight zone of Burger Kings. I don’t know if corporate has just forgotten them or decided to stop fighting the battle but I have NEVER had an enjoyable or «to par» experience with this franchise. To start, it’s tucked in a tight area, not their fault but the parking lot is in continual disrepair and the drive through barely fits my hatchback car, much less a larger vehicle. The building and fence damage around it prove my point. In addition the entire property looks run down, drab, seedy, outdated(if we’re going to add some words to it). Inside isn’t much better, it features the same tile throughout the dining area that was likely featured in the bathroom of your middle school in the 1980’s-1990’s with the hard seated booths and décor to immediately bring back nostalgic images of «Saved by the Bell.» Zach Morris would be so at home here. So what, you may think… it’s still a Burger King right? You come here for the same food you can get at any Burger King. Well, if only that was the case. Not once in the multiple chances I gave this place did I ever have an enjoyable service or food experience here. For starters, the place seems continually understaffed by a handful of employees who could care less about their job or service quality. I’ve never waited less than 10 – 15 minutes for an order(and trust me, most of the time i’m one of two parties total in the whole restaurant). Somehow this franchise has mastered the art of making you wait forever for your food and still serving stale french fries or cold burgers, it’s a marker of the future my friends! Add to that, that most of my orders come out wrong or missing something and this place has almost ruined the chances of me willingly going to ANYBK nationwide. So, that’s that… if you don’t care about the quality or regularity of your food, the time it takes to get it, or the looks of the place around you… go for it, but i’d much rather go to the McDonalds(literally next door) where they’re renovated, quicker, and I have much less of a chance of getting a screwed up order.

This place is old, it probably hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s. Absolutely horrible service. Waited 20 – 30 minutes or maybe more for food. The place was empty, reasonably staffed, but it took FOREVER. The food was sub-par. I’ve eaten at good Burger Kings… this is not one of them. Avoid at all costs; do NOT give them any of your money. The McDonald’s next door is usually good.

I’ve been to this location several times, but it’s my draw to «Burger King» that brings me back. And it’s this staff that keeps me wondering why I come back. The location itself is dark, poorly lit, and just feels dingy. The building looks old and you just feel as though it’s run down and poor service is fitting. If it’s fitting, then they follow through. Best case is that they forget to give you a straw in the drive-thru. On my last visit, I ordered a Whopper w/cheese, and NO mayonnaise or onions. They got the onions part correct, but slathered the top with mayo. When you order, there’s no quality control screen for you to check your order. And while at home, I checked my receipt to see what it had listed. Issue? Never got a receipt. This was my last straw with this place, having had multiple bad experiences. I won’t be going back and would recommend for others to avoid it. If, however, you have the urge to dine with the King, just be sure to check your order before you leave or dig in.
