Very incompetent staff that provide absolutely zero communication to its customers. My roommate called inquiring about the return of the security deposit and was told it has been mailed out, and I called a week later and was told «we will mail it out later this week».
Unfortunately, there are not many other realtor options in Blacksburg, but Burnette is consistently shitty. They say «we recommend paying rent via an online access portal» but then charge a $ 5 online payment fee.
