Worst service ever. We ordered a pizza and waited in store for like half an hour. A couple of the servers were just standing there doing nothing, and no one told us that our pizza was ready or check in with us. We waited until we saw someone else’s was ready and they came way after us. Had planned for a quick bit. Would never eat here again!

The service is really bad.
We found the chicken&vege pizza online but they don’t have it on the in-​store menu. We had to order it online even we were already there. We waited for about half an hour there. They did’t even tell us when the pizza was ready until we asked.

I guess I really didn’t pay attention to how long it took so I can’t confirm or deny the other reviewers. I will say that it does taste like your standard Papa Johns which is a good thing. The only thing I didn’t like is that the Pepperoni wasn’t as crispy as I would have liked it. If that means anything to you then I’m glad to have helped.
Pro tip: if you order just pepperoni, they put it on top of the cheese. If you order pepperoni and something else, they put it below. Even on top of the cheese it wasn’t crispy enough.

This is the slowest pizza place ever. Waited for over an hour on a Thursday night and the employees couldn’t care less and still expect tips. Stay away, anywhere else will be better.

Southern saying I enjoy best describes this papa John’s. Slower than the second coming. Order a pizza at 4pm on a Tuesday, takes over an hour to get it. Really? Its Blacksburg guys, shouldn’t take this long.
