Don’t get these prior reviews. We have been taking stuff in and buying other items for 2 years. They always keep a running total of our consignment sales. Sounds like these 2 prior reviews may have forgotten what they took in and are totally confused.

Items «disappear» after bringing them in…
What do I do?
File a lawsuit for $ 15.00 worth of baby clothes?

These gals no nothing about running a business…

Took items for consignment this past April (2013). Asked about my items later in the month only to be told that customer records had not been input into the computer yet. Decided to wait until this July to recheck and was then told that there wasn’t a record of me or my items. When I argued, I was told that my main item was in the backrooom because it hadn’t sold. I asked if I could just have it back. The woman told me she had to talk with her business partner first. WTF!!! No sign of any of my other items. BEWARE!!! When I originally took my children’s clothing in I wasn’t given any sort of receipt. The ladies told me they were only just open and the computer wasn’t working. The Birch Bay is such a small area that you would hope that there was a bit of trust but apparently that isn’t so. Katie’s Corner sucks with a capital ‘S’. If I could rate 0 I would!!!
