I called the store today to find out how many glider/​ottoman sets they had on display. The person who answered said they had «a few» and she’d transfer me to the baby department. A half hour later, I was still on hold and gave up. Their customer service was bad even before I set foot in their store. So I am going to another location.

I recently came here to get a birthday present and it had been a while since I was there. I found the layout rather confusing and hard to find toys for certain age ranges. Although the staff is very friendly. The cashier was the best as well. A nice chatty old lady who was obviously good with kids.
I signed up for their rewards card, even though I probably will only go here twice a year at most. It is good to see they have a rewards program. I find myself shopping more at store that give extra perks for buying things that you would normally buy. What can I say, I like free things :)
