Dunkin’ Donuts

The guy working the late shift on Saturday ¹⁄₁₆ is incredible. He’s by himself and the drive thru line is full s I can see him running around like crazy inside and was very accommodating and apologetic without need. He is killing it making sure everybody gets what they want on a late night even though he is all alone. You can tell he takes much pride in making sure customers are happy. He is amazing.

Where to start???
The woman waiting on us at the drive through was rude, rushed us through our order and sighed repeatedly while we gave our order. I guess we took too long (no one was behind us?)
Then they told us to pull up and wait. After RUSHING US and treating us like we were inconveniencing them, they make us WAIT!
Then they forgot our coffee.
And:
–My deluxe grilled cheese was dry and burnt and had NO HAM
–Two of our sandwiches were ripped and looked like someone bit them (see pictures I posted)
–Our hash browns were frozen in the the middle.
I don’t normally rate fast food places because I don’t expect much. But this was REALLY BAD! How hard is it to put a sandwich together or what it in the microwave without accosting it? Or fry some hash browns? Isn’t there a designated time in the instructions?!
Rude people and horrible food. Avoid at all costs.

This particular location is super inconsistent. They just can’t seem to get it together. The drive thru is like a game of Russian roulette; you never know what to expect! I’ve had them give me completely wrong orders before; they’ve messed up my mom’s caramel iced latte so many times it’s uncanny. I visited on 09.05.15 & ordered a medium strawberry coolata with whipped cream. I pulled up to the window & the girl says «$ 11.05» Uhh, all I ordered was a drink. I think that (points to the beverage behind her on the counter) is mine. She seems confused, then replies «so you don’t want it?» What? Yes, I want my drink! She still seems lost but finally brings up my correct total, I hand her my phone (hello DD perks!) for a $ 1 off. I hand it back so she can scan the bar code. There’s no apology for the mix up, no thank you, no have a good day. She was obnoxiously cold. I felt like going in & telling her to relax. I know that working in customer service can really suck but there’s no need to act like an asshole. If the worst thing that happened to you today was a messed up order, count your blessings & be grateful. This DD needs to take lessons from the one in Oley. I love it there! There’s always polite, personable & speedy with the service as well as accurate.

It’s your run-​on-​the mill Dunkin’ Donuts. My wife gets Decaf there almost every weekday through drive-​through. In the past month or so, they have given her a luke-​warm Decaf three times. She complained after the third time and the employee told her that sometimes they brew Decaf, put the pot up on a spare burner and forget to turn in on. That’s not an acceptable answer when you are charging $ 2/​cup for what is supposed to be hot coffee.

I occasionally stop here for coffee when driving to visit my parents. This time I stopped inside for service. The place was dirty, had a foul odor to it, and had trash lying all around (including behind the counter).
I’ll drive a few more miles to sheetz next time.

This particular Dunkin’ Dounuts sucked! The coffee tasted sub-​par. It was like the water came from a porta potty.

Very friendly employees but the drive thru is super slow. I must have waited about 5 minutes at the speaker before someone even took my order. They did a good job making my iced coffee though.

DD and Baskin Robbins combo. Deadly. Remained strong and only ordered a coffee (I was there in the morning… ice cream for breakfast is tempting but definitely a no-​no)

They’re open 24 hours a day… ’nuff said! =D
