This wasn’t our first trip to this place and most likely it won’t be the last. However, we couldn’t find anything we were looking for and this trip proved to be a waste of time. Even the staff were less then attentive to any of the customers.
I won’t give it a one star because one out of ten times they do have what we want — so I cannot write them off. They have a huge selection of items and they are reasonably priced.
The store was a bit of a mess when we went though and things seemed to be in disarray!

I’m not a big lover of chain stores in general, but AC Moore carries a huge selection of crafty DIY stuff at prices that are hard to beat. Last night’s trip included the purchase of t-​shirts to screen print for my husband’s band (on sale 3/​$ 10 in a variety of colors), spray adhesive ($ 4), and a fabric dye kit ($ 10). They accept competitor coupons, so I was able to use a 40% off coupon from JoAnn Fabrics on the dye kit, bringing it down to $ 6.
AC Moore is not the place to find a diversity of high-​end specialty items for fine-​art work (for that, I rely on Hyatt’s). Also, given that all their locations are quite far from the city center, visiting requires a trip to the vast, sprawling, commercial wastelands around the area’s malls.
