This place is always a problem. Super slow and always a glitch. Staff seems to not be fully trained.

It’s that time of year where I’m selling my textbooks and often I find better prices online versus going to the school bookstore. One of the companies I sold some of my books to, offered free shipping if you went with FedEx, including insurance of the package, which is why I chose them. While I can say that this location was pretty busy for having only two people on board, I still felt like the man who«helped» me was acting a bit put out. He informed me that I would have to pay $ 3.99 per package for them to add packing materials to each box or that I would have to bring them all the way home(this place wasn’t exactly close to home) do it myself and then return. I’m sorry but I have shipped things with the USPS for years, including tons of media mail, as well as things a lot more fragile. Never have I ever had an issue, nor have I ever had someone say they received their package damaged or not at all. I feel like this was just some b.s. up-charge since they weren’t making any money on me. I ended up paying since the cost of gas to go all the way home and then back, plus my time, just wasn’t worth it. I stayed and watched and all that the guy did was add a little bit of paper to the boxes. Needless to say, I will stick with the USPS. I’d much rather support them as it is, and only came here by choice, but even the times that I’ve had to ship with UPS have never been issues. FedEx just left me completely unimpressed.
