I walked out of this store the other day and will not be returning.
I tried to buy a chest with a credit card. After three attempts to input my information starting with a phone number I left. They insisted that I supply my phone and that no sale could take place without it. They lost it and further info three separate times. At the 4th request i told them no and they said they couldn’t sell it to me. Phone numbers are not required for credit card purchases so I wonder what they are up to and I regret giving my number in the first place.
I went to HomeGoods and bought a similar chest for a hundred dollars less which was on the floor and din’t have to be ordered.

Worst experience ever. The associate was rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will drive up to the Sheridan location because they were much more helpful and made you feel like human being. The associate made me feel like I shouldn’t be shopping there. Had to question my identity 3 different ways and ask for another associate to come over and sign off on it. Never ever been treated like that

Cool stuff… Overpriced.
The glasswear is incredibly breakable (this the reason I was here…).
It’s Christmas time at Pier One right now and I’ve got to be honest, I’m probably going back for a couple of snowmen when my husband isn’t looking.

I love this place. It smells great and the goods are cool. I basically did my daughters’ baby shower with fine party favors from here. I also love the candles. pricey, but worth it. The scent combo’s are great.
