I had the pleasure of working with store manager and assistant managers Sam and Heather. I needed appliances for my whole house which is very complicated as far as fit. Nothing was to much for them. They were so patient and generous with me that I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more!

Absolutely ridiculous… I’ve been to this store times in the last two weeks. Each time, I went for something simple, nothing too complicated. However, no employee I spoke to knew where I could find it, and I had to search for it on my own. The best(sarcasm) part of the whole experience was checking out. When I got in line, there was not a soul behind the counter, and at one point, I waited 5 minutes before seeking out an employee. I’m not saying that your experience will be bad, but mine have been terrible.

Purchased a Geek Squad service agreement for my business laptop from this location. A complete waste of $. My Outlook was having problems so I tried Geek Squad remote assistance. After attempts totalling 7 hours nothing was resolved. I took it to the Best Buy store in BH on a Thursday. Called on Sunday, no progress and was told the«Outlook experts» would be in Monday. Took the computer home to get some work done. Returned Monday and dropped it off. No call Monday or Tuesday. Went in Wednesday AM and was told«we discovered 3 viruses but haven’t fixed the Outlook problem». When I asked why it took so long to find 3 viruses the response was«you may have infected it when you checked it out» Wanted a refund and was told«we have too many hours in it to refund your $» STAYAWAYFROMGEEKSQUAD.

I haven’t stepped into a Best Buy in years because I hated their high pressure sales techniques. I’d rather do my own research, thank you! But because I was here, I decided to check it out. The store is small and easily accessible. Prices are comparable with Target, Kmart, etc. The best thing they have done is install a person at the front desk that is part customer service/theft deterrent/info guy that is a nice difference. He’s a very friendly, unobtrusive guy, like a gentle giant. I complemented him on the change and told him it’s much nicer to be greeted this way, instead of the old hard sell!
