Biggby Coffee

My Tim Hortons alternative, if you’re looking for fast fresh coffee & good customer service this is it. No complaints but prices are kind of higher then what I’d spend but you kind of expect it with good quality & quantity. I love going here I’m always greeted, they know what I want now and they’re always cheerful but not to where its nauseous. I love these girls

I LOVE Biggby. It’s the only coffee I drink but I just recently moved to the area and have tried this location twice and have been disappointed both times. The first time I went, I stood in line for almost 5 minutes with no one in front of me and watched as the two staff looked at their phones and joked with each other before finally noticing me when I said «excuse me». Then while making my drink, the girl asked if I wanted whip cream, I said yes and she still left the whip cream off.
The second time I went in there, I ordered a drink and a bagel, paid for both, got the drink, asked where my bagel was and they apparently had forgotten so they made it and I get in my car to realize they gave me a burnt bagel
I love that this location gives you combo deals but so far, the service has sucked. I really hope third time is a charm or I’ll just have to find a different location with better staff. The thing that gets me is both times they weren’t busy at all!

This is a great place. The staff is very friendly and the coffee is fantastic. If you get on their email list, you will get special offers.

The staff is always full of energy and happiness. It’s always clean and my drinks are always good. They always have coupons out so never buy a drink full price here! Love their cute little drive thru although it is kind of confusing the way it is set up.

I stop here almost everyday on my way to work for my large reduced calorie caramel mellow with no whip-​it makes me happy to talk to the cheerful baristas and get my yummy caffeine boost!

My husband recently picked up 2 vanilla cappuccinos from this Biggby location. He specifically asked for light on the vanilla, however, both drinks were so sickly sweet that we couldn’t even drink them:(Really gross. I would suggest finding another place to get coffee.

I’ve been here a few times, and I think this place has really grown on me. After moving back, I heard a few rumblings about Biggby, but had no idea they were a coffee shop. At first I didn’t know what to think, but after stopping into this location, I really like them.
For starters, they have a cute layout. Tables, big comfy chairs, a fireplace and room to move around, I like it here. I usually come here sporadically but I always end up sitting by the fire place. The staff here is friendly and welcoming, and I like that they don’t try to be too corporate feeling or to hipster for a coffee shop. I’ve found that it’s either one or the other. Uptight baristas who use proper corporate slang, or the independent shops who try to hard to be different with staff that has pink hair and listens to weird music with industrial studs in their ears.
I like it here because they just are. Cute shop, colorful ordering board with lots of choices. No annoying music (not that I mind music, but it seems to be one of two genres. Orchestra music or weirdo music.)
Staff and coffee are pretty good, and prices are competitive with Starbucks. It’s not any cheaper to drink here versus Starbucks, but I like the environment better. I usually go with a mocha when I’m here, and so far they taste good. Parking’s ample and the hours seem to be pretty good. They have free wifi, and plenty of items to shop from. Things like coffee mugs, water containers, etc. Great selection!
Overall, I enjoy coming here. Clean store, friendly staff, great selection of items.

I walked into this coffee shop after moving from California so i don’t know many people locally; and on that particular day the owners’ mother, Bianca, was helping out by sharing her great attitude and by greeting and hugging customers that were coming. The store was celebrating some kind of a birthday.
You know Biggby has good coffee and WiFi and a comfortable atmosphere, but that woman carried such love and positive energy that it put a a huge smile on my face and helped me to be super productive.
From here forward, I will always like this place because of how the mom, Bianca, greeted me and made me feel welcome. To the owners (brother and sister), your mom rocks! You are very very fortunate to have her influence in your lives and in your business, :)

Their «pumpkin spice coffee» tastes like ass!!!

I am a fan of Biggby from the moment I saw their options, they really have almost 100 choices!!!
All of them have cute names like fluffy clouds, nutty squirrel, spotted owl, sunburn, anything you could imagine.
Took me about 20 minutes to figure out what I wanted.
Decided to get German mocha with chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, and coconut.
My husband had the Butter bear with caramel and butterscotch.
Both were excellent, very good quality coffee, and with all those fixings it was a true delight.
The reason I cannot jusitfy giving more than 3 stars is the fact that we paid $ 9.75!!! for 2 drinks!

I mean it was good, the staff very nice, and I’d still go here before I go to Starbucks anyday, but truthfully I’ll be sticking with Tim Hortons as my favorite go to Coffee, especially with their peel back the lid for prizes, I’ve already won 2 free lattees, whohoo!
