I’ve been seeing commercials for the grilled steak & cheese biscuit & it looked good, so I decided to try one today. Yuck! The steak was meat-like but not steak-like, and it was very salty. The egg patty thing was fairly tasteless and watery. And the «biscuit» was some sort of large bread orb that was more like an English muffin (minus the holes) than a biscuit. On the upside, the young man was friendly and I didn’t have to wait too long. But, I can’t see a reason to do this again. I’ll just make my own.
Oh, and as previous posters have stated, they’ve shortened their hours. It used to be open 24 hours, but now, it’s 5am — 10pm.

Very friendly staff, donuts are always delicious and this location has improved greatly when it comes to quick service. The hours aren’t the best because they close early, but still a great location.

I thought you could give zero stars but i guess not… words cannot even describe how rude and humiliated i feel walking into this tim Hortons, I’m a very relaxed guy but this morning absolutely ruined my day. I walk in to order some doughnuts but yet i get faced with an extremely rude employee who told me «i don’t care, you can just ****** leave», i was in shock, i was never treated this horrendous by any Tim Hortons employee in my life. Not everyone here is bad, i later stormed out and headed for the drive thru where i was met with good service. The one guy there who said the awful statement to me will never get my respect. So if you want ahole service walk

Ok, these guys have improved. Quick and friendly service as of late. Make sure you try TH’s famous double-double! Can’t go wrong.

Overall unpleasant staff. And their products are almost always cold/stale or simply… Not there. Needs to fall under new management. Or better yet, turn into a Dunkin doughnuts. Poor service, unusually high staff turnover. Went there one morning at 10:00 a.m. and they only had 5 donuts available. Last week they held up a line of customers just to look for a box to hold 10 cups only to find they were out of boxes. Don’t waste your time, go next door to Ellen’s or down Telegraph to Panera.
