Hite Photo is 5 stars plus!!! Fabulous service, knowledgeable staff and helpful. And I felt more than fair pricing. I needed help with one photo & they solved my problem — fabulous finished product.
They are busy now because of holidays but I did not wait more than a few minutes & they had everything I ordered ready in about a little over an hour. Impressive!

Hite Photo is one of the few places around that still prints from film, and one of the only places I know that actually hand-​corrects each print to make sure the color and density are correct. I had my wedding photos printed here (with the beautiful matte finish) and they came out amazing. What’s more, Don (the owner) is an extremely nice, patient guy who bends over backwards for his customers.
Sure, once in a while they might have some kid working the counter who is a newbie… if that happens and you need special attention, just ask for Don and he’ll make sure it’s done right. I’ve been going here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Exceptionally poor customer service. I visited the store and there was only one employee assisting a customer. The employee did not have the courtesy to acknowledge or welcome me to the store, and even after waiting 10 minutes (visibly waiting on employee service) he still didn’t acknowledge or indicate he’ll assist once he’s finished with his customer. After 10 minutes I left the store and called to inquire about photo service, also mentioning I was just in the store waiting for service. The employee was very abrupt and rude on the phone. I can’t attest to the quality of photo services at Hite, but I can attest to my experience with the total lack of customer service.
