Cuz you have to do 1 star. Nasty! Salad was horrible. Cheesesteak was gross and chips were stale. Service kinda funky too. Go to Subway next door!

NEVERAGAIN ! The food is average, but the place is conveniently located, whenever we come fo their«signature» BUBU sandwich, they are always out of ingredients. The last time we went there, we went in at 9.30(they close at 10) we said hi and the girl behind the counter ignored us, after 5 minutes of being ignored, we went to the other counter who apparently is Pizza Papalis and he called for the same girl, who then yelled at us WHAT ! ISIT10OCLOCKYET? so of course we walked out shocked and never returning there again. If I yell at a customer like that where I work for walking in a minute before closing time, or for any other reason, I’d sure be fired and probably never find another job after.

Sorry. Came here because Cityscape deli across the street was closed. Should have skipped it all together. All ingredients are highly processed. I love cheese but can’t tell you what the gelatinous stuff disguised as queso is. Or what was inside the quesadilla. Chocolate Chip cookies were ok but the chocolate tastes highly imitation also.

This is a pizza papalis/rio wraps location. The entry is poorly designed but the food is good. I see the same people working here all the time and they are really a bunch of friendly employees. Food is consistent, which is great considering I usually get the same 2 things. I do really like the chipolte ranch… mmm put that stuff on everything. There are quite a few tvs in here, which is really great when you want to get away for lunch. Overall great lunch or dinner stop in a nice area.

I didn’t even recognize my «chicken enchilada» platter. It was cold, tasteless and so disappointing. This place has really gone downhill.

«Not fast food… it’s fresh food fast!» That is the tagline for this Michigan based chain(with 11 locations to date), and after a quick visit over the weekend, I’m totally a Rio Wraps fan. With a clean environment, large selection, moderate prices, and some pretty delicious chips that come with the wraps, I’m kind of wishing they had locations in Arizona as well. We stopped by to pick up some turkey wraps(and my sister-in-law got a burrito) for a late lunch, and it hit the spot. Keep your expectations in check; it’s nothing fancy…(I’d compare it to a glorified Subway meets a healthy Taco Bell), and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I read on their website that they are the«#1 Southwestern Grill in the Detroit Metro Area,» and I can see why… If I lived in Michigan, I’d visit often for a quick and healthy lunch.

I love Rio Wraps anyway, but this is my favorite location! Not only are they open on Saturdays and Sundays(hey, I can name you two others that aren’t!), they’re always friendly and happy to see you then too! I love, love, love, am extremely fond of the chipotle ranch sauce… Even if we’ve eaten out too much, I’ll still pick up the sauce to make tacos at home. Yummo!

Good food, clean environment. I like it. The burritos are a little small for the price but still good. I had the holy moly. The other problem that the workers behind the counter seemed less than enthused to be there. I hope everything is okay!
