I usually only eat at Taco Bell when my pennies are short or it’s a LAST resort. I saw a commercial for chicken that was coated in tortilla crust. The guy that took my order acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about.
Then a woman can on and said that they didn’t have that anymore. So I’m like OK whatever… even though I saw the commerical the day BEFORE… so I was left ordering three tacos. When I got home I found out that the name of the item I wanted is the Chickstar! Which I had originally picked, but I wasn’t 100% sure that was right. As workers of a food establishment you should know the menu and how things are prepared like the back of your hand.
Secondly, don’t give people defective lids and say «be careful, it’s kinda defective.» Like really do you want me to spill my pop!!!
Next time, I’ll pay a little more for better quality at Qdoba.

HOLY SMOKES! The authentic Mexican at this establishment is beyond compare. I felt a sense of comfort when I bit into one of taco bells succulent tacos. You will regret not slurping one of their world famous Mountain Dew slushies. If I had to chose between Taco Bell and a taco in Mexico, I’d pick Taco Bell any day. The meat is so fresh and real. The cheese tastes like it just came out of a cow. This place is truly a hidden gem in the small town of bloomfield hills.

Whether you dine-​in or drive-​thru, the service is very slow. During NON busy times as well. The food they serve is Far from other Taco Bell franchises. To top it all, they overcharged every freaking time I went. I asked why she charged me different than whats on the chart, she had no answer. Heck, I ain’t going there again. The other Taco Bell, on N Opdyke opposite TAKATA is much much better in Customer Service AND FOOD.

This is the stingiest Taco Bell I have ever been to… I avoid this location at all costs… If you like 10% food and 90% plain tortilla enjoy your bread… Do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the road to the opdyke and university location… Screw this place… Don’t waste your money!
