One of the worst property management companies I have ever been exposed to. Unprofessional and most importantly, not responsive. If you ever have an issue with your apartment, good luck reaching out to building management. They have few maintenance hotline numbers they monitor and seem to selectively respond to only the mundane issues. They have a email address they claim should be used for all inquiries, and yet, they seldom respond to emails.
Even if you need to escalate a critical issue, there is no one you can reach from building management.

My husband and I lived at Troy Towers for 5 years and only recently left because of his job transfer. The apartments are beautifully done and the rent is extremely reasonable. We encountered many people complaining about rent increases, despite the fact management had frozen the rents the year before to help everyone out with the economy! ALL the utilities are included, (We have lived in four states and have never lived anywhere with that kind of deal!!) We had new windows installed last year and the common areas are always kept clean! We miss it very much already!
