I’ve never had such bad service. It was horrible in there I bought a pair of sneakers 2 days ago that where the wrong size brought them in to return today and the manager is now telling me I can’t cause I’ve worn them which I have not even stepped out in them since they are to small. Management wouldn’t even give his name. Horrible customer service would never buy or even go in the store again. Very displeased if there was a way I could leave the review without a star I would but forced to put a star

This is a straight up crooked business. They post sneakers that are pre-​releases on their instagram/​social media and when you come in they don’t have it and say it’s not released yet. This specific time I called, went in to pick them up… drove 40min and when I get there I get a bunch of BS saying that no one on the phone said that they have the sneaker that I drove to get. Good luck staying in business with your shady as marketing schemes. Shady people = shady business.
