Hot Nails

Worst nail salon experience I have had in quite a while. I will never be returning to this salon!
1. I wanted to have the color changing gel polish, they have extremely limited options. But I was able to select one.
2. I want my toes to match one of the shades that my nails will turn going from white to pink but the pedicurist tells me to select a color anyway. I selected a shade of pink and tried to confirm that the shade that I selected would match one of the shades that the nails would turn. The pedicurist doesn’t speak English so this process is extremely difficult! She needs a translator. The translator explains that they do not have a color that will go with the polish I selected. So i pick another color for my toes and decide on a gel french manicure.
3. The pedicurist allows the water my feet are soaking in to get cold because she is tending to another patron.
4. Manicurist was ½ way pleasant but the manicure itself is terrible. Worst french manicure I have ever had!
All of the above problems were just dealing with the service, not to mention my bags were tossed onto the chair next to me (almost spilling the contents) and while I was getting my nails done, this hefty cheerleader is sitting on my hot pink lunch bag containing my frail salad.
Overall, the environment and clientele were sub-​par and I will never be returning! If you are anticipating fairly decent service, I would suggest another salon!

Not very accommodating. I went here during the day there were absolutely no customers in the salon. I saw they had a very extensive and pretty gel color selection. However they have almost no brand name regular polish options. My mother and I were both going to get our gel manicures redone; we are very adamant about not using the drill while they soak off our gel; most salons even the cheaper ones even if is not standard will do it without the drill once you ask. I had already sat down and to soak for my pedicure once my Mom tried to get her gels soaked off and they refused. I asked them to file w hand file and let her soak because I would be doing the same and they refused. I was like well I’m not doing my toes here either then and they kept saying it would take too long; AND there were no other customers in the salon. So I dried my feet off and left.

Only went for a wax so far. The woman did a great job and the prices were fair also. Will go back for a mani/​pedi and more waxes definitely.

Not good. The wait was long! The lady I had peeled off my old gel nails, taking off a layer of nail with it. I didn’t get to soak my cuticles and no hand massage or warm towel at the end. I won’t go back.

Micheal was very fast and accurate with the shape I wanted and also with making sure the acrylic was smooth on my nails. The pedicure was very cheap, Ana rushed the whole way and my toes were messed up by the next day. The landlord did the polish on my nails and the gel top coat, she did not properly cure the gel, she used toilet tissue to rub the alcohol on the nail. Which resulted in my nails being messed up as well. Ana also used toilet tissue to separate my toes. Worst pedicure ever. Will try one more time only because Micheal is EXCELLENT. Other than that I would go elsewhere.

Awesome nail salon. Way friendlier then the ppl across the street. (Kimmys) my go to nail guy is Michael. He’s actually doing my nails as we speak lol they look great!

When u walk in the place doesn’t look Like much but they have some really food points about them. They are very efficient. They get people in the chairs and I rarely have a wait time. They do excellent pedicures for the price u pay! They are open late to about 8:00pm and are open seven days a week. One negative is you must park on broad street and pay the meter. I never go without at least 3 quarters for the meter. They will actually run out to your car for u and put money in the meter. They will also give u change for the meter.
