Went for a lunch with friends. Very bad experience. Waited for 30minutes just to get a table. After walking in, found more than half tables were empty. Food took 45minutes to show up. One order was messed up. Fruits served with my omlett were rotten. Been going to this place for a year hoping it would get better. Will not go in here again.

My experience was from start to finish absolutely horrible. Let’s start with simply being seated. Despite the fact that the restaurant is less than half full they let us know we need to wait to be seated. We wait. But other people are promptly seated? I thought this was strange. Then after waiting for about 15 minutes we are seated. Despite the fact that the dining room is more than half empty they seat my family and I at a booth that has a huge gash in it. Then we have to wait for the waitress to come and take our drink order. That took another 15 minutes. It took her another 20 minutes to bring the drinks. So it took them almost an hour to seat us and get us drinks… There are a number of servers around and we can hear the wait staff cutting up in the back. When the waitress dropped off our drinks she took our food order. And once again we waited… and waited. It was strange because other people came in after us, and they got their food very quickly. After waiting and waiting, my sister went to go and talk to a manager about why it was taking so long. They would not go and get the manager and instead insisted that the hostess was the manager. Finally after 40 minutes we got our food. It was horrible. The parts of the meal that were supposed to be hot were cold, the parts that were supposed to be cold were hot, all of it was soggy and the best part was our waitress was rude. As she was dropping off the food that had obviously been sitting under the heat lamps my sister asked for the receipt. The waitress brings the receipt and attached is a survey for customers. My father pulls out his credit card and the waitress takes the customer survey(which was not necessary) and does not return it. Also, despite the complaint from my sister in regards to time periods, they don’t comp anything. No apology. No manager. No nothing. Though there is plenty of attitude. This entire experience from start to finish was unprofessional and disappointing. However, I believe the reason for this service was more than people who were not properly trained or supervised, I believe that my family was treated poorly due to racial reasons. It is completely unacceptable. I will never go to an IHOP again.

I don’t even want to know what the calorie count would be after this meal, lol! Although I’m sure I won’t be laughing when I step on the scale tomorrow! No matter how many calories it was though, it was worth every single one! The omelette which I ordered, I think it was called the ‘Colorado’ was definitely enough to fill up two people even though I had ordered just one for myself only. If I had known that in advance, I certainly would not have ordered the chicken and waffles combo in addition to my omelette. Having been absolutely starved since not eating anything all day, I thought I’d certainly be able to eat both of these by myself. I was wrong. The portions are huge! There’s enough to leave you feeling full and then some. Luckily a group of us went, so I was able to share my leftovers with others who were still hungry. no names mentioned lol! The service was good overall although the wait time might have been a little bit longer then I would have expected. But if it’s taking the chefs that long to serve up some really good food then its certainly worth the wait! The only minor suggestion I would make is: the hash browns did seem a little bit greasy. I don’t know if it was because to much butter or cooking oil was used, but they really did not suit my tastes at all. Seeing as how this wasn’t even a dish which I myself had ordered but just something which I tasted off someone else’s plate, who am I to judge? With that said, I don’t feel like that is really even enough to downgrade them a full star. If I was forced to pick between either a 4 or 5 stars rating I guess I would probably lean somewhere in the middle and give a 4.5. Since that’s not an option I’ll go ahead and swing for the full 5 since our waitress was extremely pleasant and obliging the entire time. She checked on us often enough to see if we were okay,(but not to often which can sometimes be annoying without meaning to when other servers have done that) We ended up leaving her a more then generous tip not only because of her prompt service to our needs throughout our meal, but also because of how apologetic she was about the wait time. With that said, our wait time wasn’t really excessive long to begin with, just a little longer then average. It just goes to show that even with sometimes a longer then expected wait time or food that might not suit everyone’s taste, the server you have really does make all the difference. Ours was very attentive to our needs and apologized for things which weren’t even within her own control. She was a real ‘doll’ and if we ever go back(which we certainly will in the future) hopefull we will have her again as our waitress!

Food was ok, toast came out cold and soggy, hash browns were soaked in butter. Never had our water filled up even though we drank it all half way through. Service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes for check with an upset two year old saying all done. Will not return to this location.

I went there a few weeks ago. The waitress did not bother to write down the orders. After ordering from the fit/fare menu, the waitress brought me whole grain pancakes covered with whipped cream and sugar. If I wanted all of that, I would not have ordered from the fit/fare menu. Also, hash browns were on my plate, which I did not order. My daughter’s order was also wrong. However, her order was later corrected. After that, The waitress never did check back on us and we had to wave her down when we were ready to get the check. We just felt for the price we paid we should have had much more attentive service and the lack of consideration for the customer’s wishes was evident. Also, I spoke to a manager on the phone about my bad experience and was told they would give my some sort of coupon. I did not plan to go back either way but thought I could give it to someone who would. The coupon was never received.

If you’re looking for a supportive and patriotic staff, you’ll find it at this iHop! My uncle, a Vietnam veteran, visited iHop for breakfast on this past Veteran’s Day and treated fabulously. He was greeted by the manager after speaking with his server, telling her he was a veteran. He was served a delicious and hearty breakfast, complete with red, white, and blue pancakes – strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream on top of a large stack of fresh, hot pancakes. The manager and his server were extremely kind and welcoming. My uncle very much enjoyed his well deserved honorary breakfast. Thank you to the manager on duty and servers that morning for acknowledging my uncle and his efforts!

Checked this place out on a Sunday afternoon. There was indeed a long queue of people waiting to be seated. The staff were really friendly and and the wait did not seem too long. Once seated the first thing I noticed was the place was real congested and extremely noisy. I mean the tables were so close that people have to give way for you to pull out a chair. This was the only sore point for me. We tried the pancakes, and it definitely was heavenly. The chicken fajita is a must try. We had appetizers and coffee too. No complaints whatsoever. The waitress who attended us was really sweet and made our dining experience very pleasant. The prices were fair too considering the portions served. Will visit again definitely.

Solid chain breakfast joint. A co-worker and I decided to stop here on the way to work, fortifying ourselves with pancakes for a day in Retail Heaven™. I arrived first, after a long drive from The 401™ and was promptly greeted with a glare and a «wait a minute» by the frazzled server who was alone in the dining room. She did have exactly 3 tables, but wasn’t moving very fast. My co-worker arrived shortly thereafter and we were seated by the window and afforded a carafe of coffee. The young lady serving us interestingly became friendly once we had a table. We ordered our pancakes, had our nosh, discussed the upcoming day and went on our way. Nothing noteworthy came about here, folks. It’s an iHop. The restaurant was a newer facility, clean and spacious. I just wouldn’t return here for anything if I had to go out of my way. I’d rather hit up a local breakfast spot that takes their time with the ingredients and preparation, throwing in friendly service, too! If you’re traveling and need a meal quickly, this is the place to go. If you’re wanting a higher quality, gourmet spread… you’re deluding yourself if you think you’ll get it here.

Late in the afternoon lunch I don’t understand why it takes so long to get served, maybe there short of people or between shifts, the seating is only 1⁄3 filled. I just watched three other tables get served ahead of me as we all placed orders at the same time not sure if it’s the server with the kitchen. My lunch order once it arrived was accurate. I had a chicken fajita omelette with egg whites, Turkey bacon, wheat toast, cranberry juice & coffee. The food is delicious. Despite the delay server had a great attitude. Bathrooms a very clean. No hot water on the 15° winter afternoon

Lets be real its an ihop but being a college student this place is great and right down the road. It depends on the time depends on what kind of service you get. I’ve found it best to always start your server off with a smile and your meal is instintly better. The food is good and hot and I’ve never had any major complaints.

Pretty standard IHOP, can’t go wrong with their pancakes. This location gets pretty busy Sunday mornings with the after-church crowd.

Red velvet pancakes? Are you kidding me??? Okay so I didn’t order them… but I’ll try not to let this LTO go without a taste. I was in the mood for good ol’ Buttermilk pancakes with Country sausage and eggs. The place was quite slow at 7pm — which is the complete opposite of what it’s like in the morning, especially Saturday and Sunday, where you could easily wait 30 minutes for a table. We were greeted and sat promptly. Although the tempations for any service staff would be to laze around on a slow night, the wait-staff here were attentive, efficient, and professional. Our order arrived within ten to fifteen minutes. Wife’s eggs were perfect over-medium, as mine were over-easy. Pancakes hot enough to melt the butter into quick little yummy pools of dairy goodness. We both received refills without having to ask, and was given our bill after we had eaten, unlike so many chain places that like to give the bill during mid-meal. We didn’t feel rushed, or ignored, which is more of a testament to the servers, and not of the fact that there were only a few table to concentrate on. I think service would be the same even if it were busy at that time.

Awful. The service was the slowest I think I’ve ever had. It took us more than 15 minutes to get coffee. By the time the food showed up, it was cold. I sent mine back to get heated up and all they did was scrape the gravy off my biscuits. Terrible.

After sitting there for almost 10 minutes(yep I timed it) no one even came to our table to acknowledge our existence… we got up and left. ESP since they took the order of the people directly behind us who sat down right AFTER we did

On the seating alone I don’t like being seated in the corner, the server was asked to be moved and I’m put in another corner. So I moved myself. Server not welcoming and there wad no seater at the door. Really Ihop

My rating is based on the incredible service I always get when I eat there. All the waitresses there are so nice and cordial, especially Shannon! For a chain restaurant, they are very attentive and friendly, but again, I normally would go there after work on a weekday, not on a busy Sunday. In terms of food, you can’t go wrong with any pancakes. I also enjoy their savory crêpe. Honestly, you won’t get much for your money if you order the stuffed French Toast or a sweet crêpe. Their eggs are okay, but I normally drench them with hot sauce. If you join the Pancake Revolution via , then you can get a free Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity®, or anything equal or less to the price. When I handed Shannon my coupon last month, her and two of her workers came out and sang Happy Birthday to me. Then they presented me a birthday stack of chocolate pancakes and frostings. The birthday song was so touching that I will never forget that visit.

Ok, let me start by saying, FAIL. This was the worst experience at an IHOP i have ever had. I am a genuine lover of IHOP and I was completely let down by this experience. Let’s start with the service. We were seated and our waitress took forever to come and take our drink orders. When she came back after 15 minutes to take our entrée orders she was completely rude. She kept repeating what food they didn’t have while trying to «help» us pick our orders. She would cut us off and ask for other people’s orders at the table while one of us were still speaking. When the food came out, she slid a hot bowl of grits down the table which ended up spilling. She was practically throwing the food down. I understand that they were busy, but they’re usually busy anyway. Today is no different than any other Sunday. The food. Oh my goodness. It put the chain name to shame. The pancakes weren’t fluffy at all and were borderline cardboard because they were so dry. My entrée was their new bacon wrapped sirloin steak and eggs with a side of hash. The hash was ok although it tasted a little weird. The bacon was thrown on the plate, it wasn’t even wrapped around the steak like it was supposed to be. The waitress didn’t ask me how i want my steak cooked so it came out way past well done. It was so dry. Finally the eggs. I ordered over medium eggs. One egg was VERY runny. And the other was raw. There was clear fluid and pieces of egg white flowing out of the egg. I was able to lift the skin off the egg and see the perfectly half-sphere raw yolk. Not only is that disgusting… It’s dangerous. When the waitress came back we asked her to take the plate back to get fixed and she told us that was how over medium is. I am no chef, but an over medium egg is NOTRAW. She took it back after basically having to fight with her and brought back one egg that was over medium and one that was overcooked and completely dry. The icing on the cake is that when she brought the food back with my fixed egg, the rest of the plate had be MICROWAVED! My steak which was already overdone and dry, was now a complete resemblance to beef jerky. The food was terrible. I know it’s not the waitresses fault that it was, but her attitude needs a severe makeover. We were ready to pay and the waitress came back and rudely said«you have to pay up there.» and walked away. Thankfully the man working the register at that point was a savior. He comped us the meal and was so friendly. In a perfect world I would return if he was guaranteed to be my server. Also, the Splashberry drink is very good. Those are the only two positives that came out of that meal. I am definitely not returning and I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to a friend. It is tarnishing the IHOP name.

IHOP! Yum! Some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The strawberry cheesecake pancakes are by far my favorite. Service has been just fine every time I’ve come here. Their take-out food is just as great(that’s pretty much your only option if you go a super-busy weekend morning and don’t want to wait 20+ minutes for a table). In my opinion, it’s worth going out of the way for.
