I called this store at 3:50 p.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2014 to see if they had a particular phone battery in stock. The girl who answered the phone was unpleasant and unhelpful and said they could not tell me over the phone whether or not they had a battery in stock; she said she was taking direction from her manager. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said they could not tell me if they had it in stock because they needed to see the battery. I replied that I could look up the battery on the website since they were unable to do this. The woman seemed irritated, and I said I would just go to another Radio Shack and then asked for her name. She hung up on me. I recommend that the owner evaluate their customer service.
