Very disappointed with the taste of the food. Taste like really cheap Chinese food, mind you the food was pricey. Smh. I will never order from here again. Waste of money. The guy that took my order was very nice. very good customer service. Just bad food.

I really enjoyed the food, we ordered sushi(which was very good and fresh!) And two dinner combos(we had low expectations for the sushi… because its take out sushi) but now I have lunch for tomorrow. The veggies in the vegetable fried rice where fresh and crunchy(I appreciate this, nothing worse then soggy veggies) We didnt think they would deliver to us because we’re a few towns over and not listed on their menu… BUT they did. It was nice and fast delivery I was expecting at the very least 45 min-1hr but 35 min it was here. The people who picked up the phone to take our order we’re very nice and acomidating and so was the delivery guy. All in all good first experience with them, we will be ordering again. Two thumbs up.

I found a menu in the desk when i went to work so I decided to give this place a shot. Food very bland took longer than I expected for delivery the delivery guy was pretty nice . Charged me $ 1.20 for delivery and 25¢ to use a credit card. Cheap prices but the quality lacks. Luckily there are another 40 Chinese places within 10 miles of here to choose from

I ordered food from this place today and the food was exceptional. I would reccomend this place to you if the service was not so TRASH. I tried to order and just because I was unfamiliar with the menu I recieved attitude from the reception lady. Not worth the food at all…

My boyfriend loves his food. EVERYTIME. My food never comes the way that I request it to come which is really not that difficult. No sesame seeds(I’m allergic) and add eel sauce to all of my rolls. Which is really a simple thing to do AND I’m paying extra for sauce that I don’t receive. 3 times we order and all 3 times they don’t deliver my order properly. This last time is the last time we are ordering.

Just a ton of food ranging from sushi, fried rice, soup etc. The food that was spicy came back with no spice and everything from sushi to lunch specials and soup were bland.

We’ve been ordering from them for years. Years! They’re pretty much a subpar Chinese and Japanese place, moreso in the last year or so when we realized there were much better joints out there. Still, if you want quick and edible Chinese, they’re the place to order from. I’ve turned a blind eye to the subpar food but horrible service I will not stand for. We ordered online and half the food was missing. I called, kindly told the lady there and she argued that she was right, despite my reading to her what her website states. She was rude, irrational, and not friendly. I even took screenshots to prove her wrong. In the end, I just hung up. They will never get my business again. And I will be sure to pass along my review to others. The customer is always right, something they need to learn something fierce.

Awful customer service. So rude! They made it seem like it was my fault that they gave me a shrimp roll instead of a spring roll. I’m allergic to shrimp!!!

Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Food arrived an hour later, cold and tasted horrible. Egg rolls were undercooked and the rest of the food was too salty and stale tasting. What a waste of money. Most of the food ended up in the garbage so did there menu. Won’t be needing that!

New Owners! This place is truly amazing! It is now family owned. The food in most cases is made from scratch such as the dumplings and wontons. The food has great flavors and I would definitely recommend! Although they do have dining available best for take out. Enjoy! You wont regret it!

I really wish I read these reviews before trying them out. Hopefully there’s new management that deserved the business, and not the same people that mistreated the customers here. I decided to try them out a few days ago, and it was… meh. The chicken in the chicken in broccoli was really poor quality and rubbery. The rest of the food was just bland and unremarkable. They’re not terrible, but they’re not good either. I got excited when I saw a huge menu with a variety of cuisines. Eventually I’ll learn my lesson. It’s hard to do that many items well. It’s all just average at best.

This place is not what it used to be. First of all the sushi rolls now are kind of sloppy and skimp, they don’t seem to have professional sushi chefs anymore. And they redid the whole inside with bright pastel green paint and children’s chairs. You can still see the stains on the floor from the previous installations. It’s kind of strange and quiet in there. They used to have a cool eastern vibe on the inside with nice booths and cool décor, it was actually pleasant to eat it. I’m not sure what happened, or why they changed it, it seems as if there was a split up between business partners or something.

A solid contender for Chinese takeout in the area(didn’t try the sushi). First-time customer but very satisfied despite the $ 1.20 delivery fee. The food was delivered promptly despite being a few towns over, and was fresh, relatively authentic, still hot, and good. One star off for saltiness of the General Tso’s and dipping sauce for the dim sum. I would’ve loved more broccoli, and with a little more crunch. The steamed chicken dumplings tasted like the best found in NYC’s Chinatown. I’d order again just for those. The specials menu offers reasonably priced deals; we are going to have leftovers for sure without breaking bank. The website could be overhauled, but I ordered by phone without a problem.

I recently saw this neighborhood restaurant featured on the Cooking Channel’s“Restaurant Redemption” show. I was surprised at the conditions in the restaurant and how the kitchen was kept. After seeing the transformation on the show, I decided to give this place a try. I ordered online and crossed my fingers hoping for the best(as takeout goes). I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered several items and all were very good. I won’t comment on a specific dish, but the vegetables were all crispy and fresh. This was a very big deal to me as the usual case at most takeout/delivery places is that the veggies are mushy and soggy and I am recently eating vegetarian. There was not too much oil or salt. Also a big plus. My bf said the shrimp in his dishes were«very good.» I didnt see anything about«bao» on the menu(the show had the restaurant eliminate the sushi bar and replace it with a bao bar). Sushi was also back on the menu. I did not try the sushi and probably wouldnt. Overall a good experience. I dont normally order Chinese Takeout, but if I did, I would not mind ordering from here at all.

Something changed with this place. Look at reviews from the last couple years, then look at reviews before that. We would order occasionally and then one day it just got gross. I think management changed. Anyway, I got noodles that smelled like cigarettes, and all the food tasted a bit off. Wasn’t tasty at all. Strange how a place can go downhill so quickly.

You won’t get sick, but you won’t really be craving this either. I have a problem with places that try to do both Sushi and Chinese food. Most of the time, both cuisines are done poorly, and that’s the case here. Just pick one and do it well. Doing both below average is just a poor decision. With so many better places for either cuisine so readily available locally, I’m surprised this place is still in business. I guess it exists for families or friends who just can’t decide and are too lazy to order from two places.

Decided to order some chinese food last night while doing an all night study session for test in the morning. As soon as I placed the order(online) the store called me asking me if I wanted to leave a bigger tip. I was like wtf? I left a $ 3 tip for food that totaled $ 16 which seems pretty fair. And I was ordering it from my friends house in Bloomfield and was like 3 min tops driving distance. I replied saying that I already included a $ 3 tip on top of the delivery charge you guys include and that seems fair. The guy then just said«Ok then…» and hung up. I get my food, 1hr and 20 min later and when I set it out to eat my shrimp lo mein, there was NO shrimp not one. And the amount of msg they used on it made it unedible and I called back. They ignored all my calls after the first one when I started complaining and they hung up. I just froze the payment to the place on my credit card and they never bothered to resolve it. Needless to say I threw the food out and am never going back to these guys again. I have been ordering on and off for 2 years mainly because I don’t like change and usually just stick with one restaurant till I am sick of it. I’m officially sick of it.

A small tip to always pay attention to: do not EVER order shrimp from here on a Monday, unless you’d like to lose a few pounds by means of food poisoning. Ordered on a Monday the usual — veg with rice & mom got shrimp lo mein. Several hours later and several pounds lost from several trips to the bathroom to vomit, my mother swore off their food, and shrimp for a while. I can’t say I blame her. Apparently some major changes happened during the course of this year and their food quality has gone extremely down hill. They are no longer the same Shiki Wok I talked about all the time due to their greatness, now they are the one Shiki Wok that i warn everyone about. Stay away.
