Splish Splash Laundromat

I come here weekly to do full service laundry and have never been more pleased. I drive a little bit out of the way just to come here.
SERVICE: Great! I pay $ 1/​pound and go early in the morning. My clothes are ready by 5:00 PM and nicely folded and pressed so it makes it easy to put away into my dresser.
A clean establishment which is important for a laundromat/​laundry service place. The people here are friendly and professional. Most importantly, no missing socks!

3/3.5 VERY clean — but more expensive than other places in the area, and they don’t offer wifi. They also use a card system to access the machines (as many places do) but I prefer using quarters — matter of personal preference; therefore, not a factor used in my rating

Always clean more than enough machines very friendly people.
There is parking in the back as long as people don’t park stupid.
No change needed the machines use cards.

this is almost the paradjse of laundromats:
— huge, clean, well lit place with a wide variety of modern machines
— they use a card system for the machines so you buy a card for the desired amount from a machine and don’t have to deal with quarters — to some degree a gimmick to encourage return business, but very convenient
— lots of modern TVs tuned to various sporting events and other programming
— 2 restrooms
— drop off laundry wash and fold service at $ 1 a pound
— hard working staff keeping the place clean
— dry cleaning
— they have their own parking lot
— near several restaurants and a nice italian bakery so you can dine while laundering
— the only real negative is they don’t have wifi (!)

I took my wife’s silk with leather trim blouse here to be dry cleaned. Now the color is faded and the leather trim is ruined, avoid this incompetent dry cleaner at all costs, it already cost us $ 150.

this laundry matt is very clean, fare priced and friendly. its not only a laundry matt it alway has a dry cleaning department for all of your items that cant be washed. i have been coming here for years and never had a problem with anything. the people, the washing machine and the dryers are all great!

Very clean. The staff never stops cleaning. You can’t see them just waiting or standing by. I’m impressed how organized this laundromat is.

$ 1 per pound wash and fold & lots of free parking in the rear. Huge laundromat with TVs, Vending machines, and a clean bathroom. Weather or not you are dropping off for a was and fold or doing it yourself, you wont be disappointed. The staff is super friendly here also.

Everyone who knows me knows. Laundry is my kryptonite, How a basket of laundry has the amazing power of having my entire day, sometimes days fly by only giving me the chance to fold one article of clothing is beyond me. Its like laundry has the power to completely wipe out my mind, just ask my dear cousin-​in-​law Henry H, who once had to fold a basket (ok, fine, it was baskets full) of clothing for me because I had gotten creative and said «I could do it», he just could not bear look at that pile anymore and folded it himself — yes guys learn from Henry, he is a manly man and has no issues folding!!! Err. Hmm, back to this review.
I’ve been having a secret affair with this Laundromat for about a year now; cheating on my usual place in Clifton that I had been going to since 1997 (gasp). The place in Clifton is still just as good as always, but now that I live in Glen Ridge, its a bit of a hassle.
I love the drop off service at Splish Splash Laundromat, they open really early, so I am able to drop off on my way to work and pick up freshly washed and folded laundry on my way back from work. They accept credit cards which is a plus, especially when I forget to pick up cash at the ATM. Staff is very friendly, the place is spotless and they use quality detergents. If all that is not enough, I did the calculations and it costs me as much to do my own laundry myself, well that and the mental abuse I put myself through. So I might as well let the Pros do it… Just please don’t tell my mom…
*Sigh* Its a dream come true. If only all troublesome things could be dropped off this way. One can wish…
